The course layout and views are fantastic. The Pro shop staff were were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the condition of the course is not very good. The greens are a mess with a lot of damage which makes for difficult bumpy putting. The fairways have less signifcant damage but many areas have have dead or bare areas. The course experienced... What a beautiful course, hugging the mountains. Challenging but not insane. There are many moments when you will find yourself catching your breath at the magnificent views of the hills. Pro shop was very accommodating and moved up our foursome when we all arrived earlier than expected.

Beautiful views, nice condition for mountain course..Just another "BIG" course. Belongs as 3rd in the state.. Belgrade Lakes by far is the best as it is a true test of skills as well as impeccable conditions.. The staff at Belgrade is ALWAYS courteous and helpful followed by Sunday River,
