Had a tremendous experience at Jillyanna's over Memorial Day weekend. Took the "Signature Pizza Class" and already can't wait to go back for another class regardless of the specialty. The knowledge she bestowed upon us about the different types of dough and ways in which to handle our own creations at home was second to none. She made everyone feel... More

My daughter and I participated in the Sweet & Savory Pie Class and absolutely loved it! Jillyanna and Valerie were so kind and warm that it was as if they had known us for years. Once inside the kitchen Jillyanna began to work her magic. We learned many new techniques while having lots of fun. The food we prepared and... More

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience last evening at Jillyanna's wood fired cooking class. Jillyanna made this an informative, enjoyable and tantalzing culinary time. The pizzas were incredible, especially her zucchini appetizer pizza, which you would want to eat as you meal. SO GOOD! We made our own individual creations and enjoyed a wonderful salad prepared by... More

For this wonderful and memorable experience Jillyanna's doesn't charge enough for all the many services and surprises included. We had so much fun and so did our palates. Jillyanna's should pride themselves on their attention to detail and their commitment to customer (guests) satisfaction. My partner and I experienced the pizza class and we hope to return for another class.... More

My mom & I did the brunch cooking class during a getaway weekend. Jillyanna's is a wonderful experience! We made some excellent dishes, and we ate throughout the class. The learned some great secrets to enhancing my cooking. I left Jillyanna's feeling inspired to cook more homemade and better quality recipes. I wish there were more experiences like this! One... My daughter & I spent 3 days in Maine on a culinary trip consisting of foodie tours & a cooking class. Jillyanna's brunch class was the highlight. Jill is warm & engaging, teaching us little tips and encouraging us dig in up to our elbows. She created a lovely breakfast pizza & sausages in the wood fired oven & invited... More

Very accessible and fun cooking instruction in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. This is a very experienced chef who has traveled and learned from some of the very best in the world. You enter a beautiful setting which includes a large garden with vegetables and herbs that are used to prepare the evenings offerings. We enjoyed a demi-tasse of homemade... More

My wife gave this cooking class to me as a birthday present...best present ever! This class was top notch from the moment we arrived. A friendly, relaxed and enthusiastic atmosphere is created from the start. Easy to learn directions and hands-on teaching makes you feel like you could cook anything. If you love to cook or even if you are... More

We went to Jillyanna's Sunday brunch class. We loved the small, intimate setting (6 'students' at our class) and the food was amazing. There was a good balance between hands-on cooking and relaxing and being served. We were able to experience the woodfired pizza (breakfast pizzas) as well as treats cooked in Jillyanna's gas and electric ovens. We created everything... More
