Captain and first mate are excellent. Tour is interesting and professionally done. As an adult I learned so much about lobsters and they're life cycle. Time well spent on this local attraction.

This is a wonderful, roughly hour and a half tour on a lobster boat. Our children ages 6-11 loved the hands on experience and we learned everything you need to know about lobsters!! The hosts were fantastic - Answered any and all questions you could have about lobsters and lobster fishing. Got to band, hold, and "play" with the lobsters.... More

Our family took the afternoon tour and loved it! We all learned quite a bit about our lobster friends while taking in the scenery from an angle you can't get onshore. Reservations were smooth and the crew was knowledgeable and fun. Our kids are late teens, but there were a few smaller kids onboard who all seemed to be having... More

This is a must-try experience for families and anyone else interested in the ocean. Our hosts, Matt and the Captain, provide a fully guided tour and hands-on lobster fishing experience. The tour is just the right length - about 75 minutes, and the hosts are wonderful with children and voyagers of all ages. These guys can answer any question that... More

We had a great time on the trip. We learned a lot and it was enjoyable watching children participate. Captain Bob and Matt were a wealth of knowledge. Would recommend anyone (who doesn't get seasick) to take the tour. We got to see the Bush house.

My husband and I and our 3 boys ages 14, 11, 9 took this tour in late July 2014 on a beautiful sunny day. As it is always breezy out on the water, I was glad we brought sweatshirts. Captain Bob and Matt were so personable and great with the kids. Very informative. The boat is small and accommodates just... More

Our family, both kids and adults, thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Well worth the time and cost. Captain Bob and Matt were knowledgeable, humorous, flexible and kind. Lots of hands on opportunities -- banding the claws, holding lobsters, throwing them back in… Tons of photo opps (about which they are very patient). Highly recommend.

There may be bigger boats giving tours in this area, but you won't find a better staff giving tours. We had about 20 people on our boat. The crew was wonderful, funny, informative, and gave us all a great tour and fantastic experience. They have blankets on board if you get cold, water if you get thirsty, and make sure... More

This is a great tour! The Captain and First Mate are super friendly and clearly enjoy their job. We took our 14 and 11 year old daughters on the tour - they loved it. The tour is very hands on- Capt Bob and Matt pull up the traps, pull out the lobsters and pass them around for everyone to touch... More
