Nice and peaceful

Nice peaceful stop on our trip. We enjoyed a short stroll around the grounds. There is also a hotel there which was interesting as well.

Take a tour of the grounds to quiet down your vacation. The peace and beauty are so worth the effort! Less than 1/2 mile from the main beach, stop in, it only takes 1/2 hour!

When the hustle and bustle gets to be too much, take a short jaunt to St. Anthony's. The grounds are easy to walk and relaxing. Enjoy the quiet of the grotto and other areas. It's a great place to relax, unwind and collect your thoughts. Great way to end the day.

This was a facinating find. We walked the grounds of the Monastery which takes about a half hour. Just a nice quiet peaceful setting. The only thing I didn't care for was the candles in the chapel are electric and having been to church in many areas I still like the old fashion candles but nevertheless, a wonderful place to... We just drove in and looked around. There were lots of tour groups but we just walked around the property. It had interesting outdoor sanctuaries.

We went by it with the trolley and it was beautiful! Would have loved to see more but didn't get a chance to do so.

We walked the paths and they take you to beautiful views of the boats and the backside of the places on ocean drive. We saw a snowy white egret from one of the vantage points. There are also benches that you can sit on and look at the water. There is also a very reasonable gift store with some nice... More

This is close to downtown Kennebunkport, and is worth the visit to check out the grounds. It is a good opportunity to take some photos of the beautiful grounds, although it could use a good cleaning up. There are Lithuanian shrines, nice gardens, and although the main building was closed, it was worth a stroll through the property for a... More

A very nice walk down to the water and view the shore of Kennebunkport and beautiful homes. The gift shop is definitely a place to stop in and say hello to Jim.
