Maine beaches are a bit pricey compared to NY state parks but it's a large park with swimming beaches and lots and lots of rocks my boys spent endless hours jumping around on. The views are beautiful, the bathrooms are very clean and nice. I highly recommend spending a day (or more!) here.

Perfect beaches - both of them, the "half mile beach" as well as the "mile beach". Nice waves made the beach quite fantastic for my son and husband. And for tme: nice life guards. :-)

Absolutely stunning views. Sandy beaches mixed with ocean cut rocks, and crystal clear water. Nice and clean with full facilities.

Reid state park is a beautiful place to sit on the beach and read a book or to enjoy a chilly dip. Picnic areas are available and the price is right!

Large, non-commercial, beach areas with facilities for changing. A warmer swimming experience available in the tidal pools. Rocky areas to climb on for good views. Bring your own food & drink - no concessions in the park. Nice picnic tables with views of the water.
