After having an amalgam filling removed recently, I knew I needed a sauna to help detox the mercury that had mobilized. Spa H2O was wonderful. The facility is clean, spacious and relaxing. And the visits are affordable. I highly recommend Spa H2O. more
Spa H2O is the greatest place I know of in Maine where you can go into your own room that has a great hot tub,A private shower with mint soap and shampoo. This is a great place to go and relax. IWhether you go with a significant other or on your own, t is clean, relaxing and the staff is very friendly. I wasnt sure what to expect when arriving but it was as relaxing as could be and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get away for some relaxation... more
Instead of buying a hot tub, my boyfriend and I sampled a few of the spas in the area. After one visit to Spa H2O we were hooked. The owners are very hospitible, gracious and attentive. Spa H2O is an oasis of Relaxation. What a better place to go on a cold Maine night then to sauna and Hot Tub!! The owners are sweet and hospitible. The Spa is very clean and fresh. I felt very comfortable the entire time. I think I am actually looking forward to snow now! more
