Quiet, quaint, not many people around... had a nice seaside evening walk and caught a couple stripers on little river! worth a visit.

My favorite beach! It is quite, clean and not crowded. You do need to get a parking permit but it is well worth it. Calm water and the kids love it. There is a lot of seaweed in some parts but overall its a great place to walk, relax and have family fun.

With the new law the once friendly beach has turned into a place where the local homeowners are rude and nasty! They move their cars from there beachfront driveways to the limited spots on the road. Still blows my mind folks' sense of entitlement... it's the ocean you don't own it!

This beach has very calm waters. Perfect for kids. The beach area is also deep so that there is plenty of room for beach volleyball or freebies. Service from Tides was super as we were able to order lunch delivery right to our beach chairs (only for hotel guests I think). Only downsides - no life guards or facilities.

This was a spectacular beach. Great at low or high tide. Silky sands and great waves , but not too rough.

This was the best beach we have been on. Ok so the parking is done by permit. You can get a day permit for $15 at the local store or police station. They also sell a week long permit for $50 and a season long permit for $100 at the police station. If you want a good parking spot you... More

This beach is beautiful and peaceful and a great place to enjoy a good book, or a leisurely stroll at sunset.

very hard to park here, buy a sticker at the corner store on the way in $15, but look around to see if there are available spaces first, my idea of the perfect beach, no facilities that I know of

This beach was recommended to us by our motel, The Rhumb Line in Kennebunkport. We got our $15 parking permit at the General Store and really lucked out with the parking as we didn't get over there until after noontime. Large sandy beach with plenty of room. We had lunch and a wonderful afternoon at the beach.

Goose Rocks (GRB) is the only 'real' beach in Kennebunkport. Old Colony Beach at the end of Ocean Avenue is small, rocky, although the breakwater to the river gives great views of boats coming and going. Parking at GRB is quite limited and requires a sticker. The beach itself is lovely, long, and because waves are rare, there's no one... More
