Beautiful place to relax and contemplate life

BEAUTIFUL place behind library and right across from the harbor. So picturesque and a beautiful place to get away for some peace and quiet.

This is the neatest, very old amphitheater. I wish that we could have heard a concert there. The grounds around it were quite lovely and one could spend the afternoon or evening just watching the boats come in and go out of Camden's harbor.

Visit the harbor park with paved walking trails or sit on a bench or the lawn. Whether you are there to enjoy the view of the harbor or attend one of the free summer concerts it is worth the trip. The amphitheater across the street and next to the library is a site for concerts and free Monday night movies... More

The harbor is very picturesque and the walking paths easy to navigate. The amphitheatre is a historic landmark. Check out the events schedule for community activities and events held in the amphitheatre.

Seeing a garden landscape designed by one of the foremost landscape architects of all time, Frederick Law Olmsted, in a small town like Camden is truly a treasure! There are multiple levels and lots of room for families to relax, play, read, and enjoy the view of Camden Harbor.

This is just a small area at the end of Camden harbor, a little over grown but a quaint quiet place.

Wonderful music in natural rocky semicircle, overlooking Maine's sailing capital. 4th of July patriotic old time favorites enjoyed by families and friends for listening and dancing on the lawn. Pleasant to watch young children dance with their dolls and watch the dogs enjoy their owners quiet pleasures.

We went to a Wedding there. The site was easy to reach from the car park. I only had one regret in that the minister did not use a microphone for the service.

The harbor Park is such a wonderful place to visit on our way to Arcadia National Park. Great time had by all watching the various boats and daily life of the locals. Amazing place to stop and spend some time with the family.
