Lovely place to view the harbor and all the boats going in and out. They have benches to sit on. While we were there they were having a Civil War encampment.

The harbor was highly recommended on TA. I just thought what's so great about a harbor? It was absolutely beautiful. Didn't hurt that the brightest rainbow I have even seen planted itself over the harbor for a good 30 minutes. Lots of boats. Great lawn that kids were running up and down the hill. Benches. Watefall. Great little shops. Such... More

This is a great place to walk. Few local stores with many Maine-related items. The restaurants are great and the people nice. From the harbor you can take trips to many lighthouses, or just to enjoy the Rockland-Camden shoreline

Edna read here and there is a commerative statue of her in the park. Visit the library here-stunning! A wonderful place for an early morning walk with your first cup of coffee. I have been here many times and can't wait to return each morning!

Gorgeous setting -- lovely landscaping overlooking the harbor. Wish more of the park benches were in the shade though. Be sure to see the creative sculpture of Edna St. Vincent Millay.

This was a great visit to the best example of a Maine coastal town. We enjoyed our day here strolling through the streets and visiting the many quaint shops and enjoying great food.

I believe these are two different places. The harbor park is a small but lovely park overlooking the harbor and a low waterfall - with the boats dotting the harbor it's like a picture postcard - beautiful! Don't miss this little park. The Amphitheater is across the street, but probably considered part of the park. It is adjacent to the... More
