Beautiful place to catch some shade on a hot day

It's all about the view. You can find a place in the sun or in the shade. Bring a blanket and a book.

Came to Camden for 3 nights at Christmas. It is a lovely small town with lots of interesting small shops, a pretty harbor and lots of goos places to eat and drink. We had fabulous weather and the sunrises were amazing. Stayed at the Grand Harbor Inn - amazing.

Every time I come here I have been blessed with lovely warm weather and on this occasion it was no exception. I love wandering about on the duckboards going from one yacht to the next. Taking photos of the incoming yachts and just generally watching the continuously changing scenes. Fantastic watching the waterfowl and seabirds going about their business shovelling... More

DO take time for this 2 mile journey. Walk, drive or bike on what "Yankee Magazine" calls the best walk in the world! It's just off US.1 and Pascal Road. It's just gorgeous and loaded with charm and the epitomy of Maine.

Lovely Shakespeare in the park performed in July. Next to the library. Overlooks the Camden harbor. Close to town and location of the Camden Schooner Fleet

Camden is a great little town. The compact downtown and harbor are right next to each other, and are great for walking around for an hour or less. Very scenic location. The only negative was the huge crowds - lots of tour buses in the area.

Harbor Park and Amphitheater are located at the head of the Camden Harbour. Great views and lovely place to sit down and enjoy watching the windjammers and private boats. Bring a picnic lunch. Take out luncheon foods available around the corner from the park at the Deli or Boynton McKay.
