We were just passing through, but I walked over to the college and toured the grounds. It was lovely.

Outstanding information session led by Ms. Whitney Soule, Director of Admissions. She truly reflect the heart and soul (pun intended) of this fine institution of the highest standards to "the common good!"

The day was lovely and this beautiful campus just added to the day. So serene and stately, it made you want to sit just and enjoy your surroundings. The buildings are full of architectural delight and history. We visited the Perry-Macmillan Arctic Museum. so much to see and all for free!!

We bicycled around beautiful Bowdoin College on a quiet summer day. The campus was green and lovely with the quiet summer buzz from the activity of a reduced college population. it wd have been a great spot for a picnic with the terrific lobster roll we picked up from Libby's. Next time...

Considering the student population this campus is large. Very historic. We were there as prospect student. The art museum models itself after museums in France. The entrance is through a glass vestibule so not to harm artwork open in and closing doors. When they make improvements it is from the inside out do not yo harm the integrity and historic... More

Bowdoin College has so many distinguished graduates--among them Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. It is a beautiful, old campus with a wonderful art museum and gift shop. The museum had no entrance fee. Brunswick is a great old town to explore!
