I really enjoyed this whale watching trip. This trip started in Boothbay Harbor, a quaint little town with many unique shops and restaurants. The boat was clean, and had a place on board where you could purchase snacks and drinks (you could also bring your own snacks). We had a lovely ride out to the whale feeding grounds, which took... It was sunny and the water was pretty calm. We saw whales and seals and were able to get some fantastic videos. There were three adults and two junior adults in our party and we had a wonderful time. We were able to sit outside and inside the boat. I would highly recommend this adventure to all!

Like most whale watching tours they sell themselves on the spectacular sightings weekend in reality it is brief glimpses at best. We saw several Finn whales and a right whale but just brief moments after traveling 23 miles out to sea. The majority of the trip was going out and heading back in.

Four of us went out on a fabulous day. We found 2 Fin Whales and got close enough to here their exhaling blows and see their bodies as they swam along the boat. What a great experience. Remember to dress for a cool wind.

It was a beautiful June day as we left Boothbay Harbor, sunny and just a few clouds. We boarded first and got great seats at the front of the boat. I remembered a sweatshirt and my windbreaker even though it was warm when we left it can get chilly out on the ocean (and it did). The fresh salt air... More

My wife and I took the two and half hour whale tour on Captain Fish's powerboat. We truly enjoyed ourselves, but did not see any whales. This was a big disappoint for my wife, as she has been to Maine twice now for whales and no luck. Captain Fish does offer you another free tour good for anytime during their... More

A fun adventure and you do see whales! Can sit outside or stand outside; plenty of seating indoors under cover as well (to get out of the sun). Cute little snack bar. They allow you to take on your own food, which is nice. Great crew!

Great boat ride for taking pics of the harbor and a couple lighthouses. It's about 3 hours total and can get cold once out at sea. If you have a problem with motion sickness, bring your Dramamine. We did see minke and fin whales. I recommend bringing a camera or camcorder with a good zoom, as we never got closer... More

We did not choose one of the whale watch tours, but went on a harbor tour on the Pink Lady II that included lighthouses and seals. The boat was in great condition and the crew was great. One of the crew was a marine biology student (I don't remember her name) but she did a great job narrating the seal... More
