The guides that accompanied us on this trip were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They were adept at getting alligators to jump out of the water to get marshmallows on sticks Also a large mother pig stood on her hind legs and put her paws on the boat again to receive marshmallows. But as well as this the scenery through the... More

Nathan was a great tour guide and provided so much info during our almost 2 hour tour. We saw lots of gators along the river and we were up close as the guide fed them marshmallows and hot dogs. We went deep into the bayou and saw feral hogs, a raccoon, an osprey, and heron and beautiful scenery.

Very cool tour of a swamp. Some areas were so beautiful and they looked like they were from a Hollywood set. Our guide, Nathan, was born and raised in the area and this gave a unique perspective of the area. He is very knowledgable and we learned a lot. Hard to believe he and his friends played and swam in... More

Our tour guide, Troy, was extremely knowledgable of all of the wildlife in the swamp. We saw plenty of alligators up close and learned a lot about the swamp. Pick up at our hotel in the French Quarter was perfect. I highly recommend this tour!

We took the swamp tour today. Capt. Bishop was our guide. He was incredibly entertaining & knowledgable. It was evident how much he and the other guides enjoy their jobs. The boat ride was definitely two hours and we saw plenty of gators and turtles & several birds. Beautiful. Learned about the wild rice plants and cypress trees as well.... More

Bishop was our tour guide. This was a great tour. Saw Bishop a huge alligator and many more. We tried finding Baconator he didn't wanna come out. Gators love marshmallows. Great price and great time.

My husband and I enjoyed the swamp tour. We saw many alligators and birds. It was a beautiful experience. My favorite part was seeing the wild pigs. They were super cute. My least favorite part were the guides joking back and fourth with each other. In the beginning it was entertaining, but towards the end it became annoying.

We went out for a swamp tour with captain Greg. We took the 12 o'clock tour so there were not many birds about, so if you are there for birds you should maybe try to take the earliest tour. But the boat was good, the captain was funny and relaxed, plus he knew a lot about the swamp and its... More

I was hesitant on taking another swamp boat tour. We have taken several, including one in the Everglades, and it usually ends up a boat ride with the captain making excuses for not seeing anything. This is the first time we actually saw alligators, and we saw LOTS of them. Captain Sonny was outstanding. We were with our grandkids, and... More

We had some hesitation about booking a swamp tour but we are glad we did. Had a great time. Saw lots of alligators and pigs. Our tour guide was excellent. Very funny and personable. Booking was very easy over the phone. The bus picked us up at our hotel right on time. The only hitch was that the bus broke... More
