Owner description: The Red River is the picturesque setting for Bossier City's unique shopping and entertainment destination, The Outlets at Louisiana Boardwalk. Across the Red River from downtown Shreveport, the project's first phase opened in November, 2003, with the state's first Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World. The remainder of Boardwalk opened in May 2005 and joined a vibrant casino district nestled along the majestic riverfront for nearly a half-mile. The Outlets at Louisiana Boardwalk is the first lifestyle center to open in the state of Louisiana offering outlet shopping, an entertainment district and riverfront dining.

that was my first visit there...it was beautiful and well laid out, very fun... the one thing that I really liked was the music playing continuously whereever you walked, very laid back and relaxing will definitely go back when its warmer weather :)

I really had a nice time at the Boardwalk, it was so nice, I didn't realize how much walking we did. They have more than I ever could have imagined, and the weather was perfect for the browsing. It was clean, safe, and had plenty of seating areas to sit and eat our ice cream. Another place I can't wait... More

"THE" place to go when you visit Bossier City. Shopping, restaurants, pleasant landscaping...even a place for the kiddies to enjoy the kiddy-rides. BEST PLACE EVER!

It's a fun place to visit for the whole family, with special events on major holidays, like snow for Christmas. Great restaurants to choose from, some with outdoor dining, store for shopping, a trolley ride when your legs get tired and close to major hotels and casinos. Also a movie theater and other attractions. Parking is available in the parking... More

Was a holiday weekend and it was Mardis Gras also so it was very crowded. Had to park on the 4th floor of the parking garage and walk quite a way to even get to the elevator.

If ur close u have to stop. This place is beautiful. Has all kinds of shopping and food. There is a moving theater and bowling alley. There is also a super cute troll train that runs from one end of it to the other and located right on the river. A place u can have some fun.

This area right along the river was pretty and the shopping center is new and updated. Very quiet when we were there. Anchored by a large outdoor store that my son loved! He could have spent all day there! Good restaurants in the area. Nice picture taking opportunities along the river.

The Louisiana Boardwalk offers a variety of shopping and food. It's family friendly and the outdoor shopping experience in idea for visitors and locals. You can always find great deals at the Boardwalk. Stroll along the Boardwalk and take in the beauty of the River River, day or night.

Great place to shop, eat, see a movie and just enjoy the evening. Lots of shop to stroll through and the walk along the river is great.
