I like the signage and landscape. Beautiful shapes and textured buildings. Great location for fun and photos. Ample well lit parking. No problems with crowds or commotion. If you like/love chocolate, The Chocolate Crocidile is a must!

This is a great outdoor venue with shops, dinning, theater and great views of the Red River and city. One down side is that the "walk" does not connect with Horseshoe Casino which is next to the boardwalk, weird. We will go back and explore more!

It was really great....loved the location along with the beauty of how the stores were set up and the trolley ride put a cherry on top of this experience.

This is more than an outlet mall! This seems to have everything to even include a cinema. Couldn't see everything in one day. Definately, would go back and explore.

Bring your walking shoes. We liked the nke store the best. We could see the boardwalk from our room. we liked that. we did alot of walking that evening. i was glad i had wore my tennie shoes.

The walkway at the river was pretty short. I was looking forward to more scenery & they have let trash pile up pretty badly down there, but the day we went, the weather was beautiful & I enjoyed just walking around looking in all the shops. I really like shopping here, although they do have a few vacant shops in the complex. Parking here is great! There is a theater here and Bass Pro Shop might as well be part of the location considering it is right across a pedestrian only street.

Numerous restaurants, retail shops, bass pro shop, 14 screen theatre,hotel, amazing landscaping with fountains, plenty of benches for sight seeing,free trolly, specialty coffee shops. Great for families.
