Parking at the CenturyTel is a breeze and plentiful and the layout/design is very good. (actually better than I would expect for the area) They host a nice assortment of concerts and family events and used to be home to a minor league ice-hockey team! (many people miss the MudBugs!)

Have been to several Christian concerts over the years and have been amazed at the ease of parking and exiting after the performances. The Arena is sorta out of the way to get to, but it probabaly helps te easy exit from the parking lot.

I like Century Tel Center, because most seats are good, except I dont like the 200's in the top on the side.

Easy to get to and very nice venue. We went to see Hank William Jr here. We had floor sits and had a great time. Was very impressed that there was plenty of security.

It is nice to have a venue in Shreveport. On the plus side, the restrooms are nice and clean and the main corridor around the venue is large with good choices for concessions. My poor rating is due to access and seating. To enter the building, you must climb a tremendous number of stairs or wind through a very long,... More

Sat floor level (16th row just left of center) for Jeff Dunham and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and clarity of the sound. There was no appreciable echo to deal with and the lighting was such that there were also no issues seeing the entire stage, front-to-back and left-to-right. Parking was very convenient to access although a little help... More

WOW. That would sum it up. We drove from Dallas to see George Strait in concert; not knowing anything about the center it was a pleasant surprise. Getting there, parking, not one bad thing to say. Looking forward to coming back for another event.
