Nice venue...staff could use more training

We were here for the Eagles concert. The will call staff in the ticket office were polite and very helpful. Waiting outside in 100F heat was not a good idea and I don't know why... read more

We enjoyed the Eagles concert we attended of course! But this venue is difficult to get around in. First you climb several flights of stairs to enter the building, and then you climb more very steep stairs to reach the upper balcony area. VERY LITTLE knee or foot room when you are seated, and I'm only 5'3". Sound was good,... More

We were here for the Eagles concert. The will call staff in the ticket office were polite and very helpful. Waiting outside in 100F heat was not a good idea and I don't know why they couldn't have opened up a little earlier. The beer is nice and cold and the bar staff very friendly as were the ticket takers.... More

Went to see the EAGLES. We were way up high but cold ear the music great. It was easy getting in and out. The parking lot was full and it took awhile to get out of.

I guess for some events this place might be ok to visit. But for those who have to come in for a high school graduation, it is just stress to get to. They had three schools graduating on the same day and oh my god! Traffic was congested getting in and out, and heaven help you if your grad is... More

We were here for our "Imitate Jesus" Regional Convention. The stadium held nearly 6000 of us very nicely. The seats are padded & have cup holders on the backs of them. It's a great feature! The steps aren't too steep, so the elderly & women in super-high heels didn't have a problem. The acoustics were good & it was easy... More

The place is OK. Seating is a bit cramped, but thats common in most arenas. Biggest issue we have is the 90 year old Grandma you have to pass to get into a concert. You have to show the credit card you used to buy the ticket to be allowed in. Forget about buying tickets for your daughter, son in-law,... More

It is a really nice venue for many artists that come to Bossier City. I've gone to some concerts but also some local events such as LSUS graduation.

Considering our age and health the entrance stairs or ramps were difficult and parking was not great but leaving was a nightmare. The entertainment "The Black and Brown Comedy Show" was outstanding; however the lines at the frozen drink concession was over a 100 yards long.

Parking is adequate for most events. Some overflow parking is needed for big concerts, so get there early!
