What wasn't wrong?! Maybe 2 of the staff were pleasant and the rest acted as if we were a waste of time. The room.... 1 the remote did not work right. Could not turn the volume up or down, had to press the button a certain way to change the channel. The pillows were flat and only had 3 on... More

We stayed here because our first 3 choices were booked. We got a jacuzzi tub room, which was pretty decent but basic. The staff was not too friendly, housekeeping was completely put out when I asked for clean towels and condiments (we stayed 2 nights so they didn't have to clean our room). Not much luck at blackjack either, they... More

From the time you pull up to valet til the time they pay you the big jackpot, the employees are the nicest in the area. There are 6 riverboat casinos within a few miles and I can spend my time and money anywhere... I choose Boomtown. Very little walking, charming atmosphere, great variety of table games and slot machines, spacious... More

Boomtown Casino needs a bit of a face lift and get the old musky smell out of there. Staff was not nice, everyone seemed to be in a bad mood.

We went to this Casino got our Players cards and stayed about 5 minutes. I just didn't get a good feeling at this casino. It's VERY old and just felt dirty to me. The slots seemed old as well and it smelled bad.

Boomtown use to be our favorite. Lately I am on the fence about the place. The money comps we get in the mail are around $10. Seems like since January 2014, all there specials/coupons went downhill, Waitress are hard to find. Something is going on and that sucks because we use to have a great time. Send better coupons because... More

Old and smokey -- clear that Mgt has decided not to invest in improving the casino. There are better selections in town.

I am currently sitting in my bed here with the one towel on my hair that housekeeping left in my room. I would not be awake, but housekeepers were standing in front of our room jabbering away, practically yelling at one another. I guess I shouldn't be so picky since it was 8 am...lol. In casinos, people sleep at all... More

Smokey place, slots a little tight. Nice little store in the lobby where I bought a $10 watch but noticed when I got home it didn't work. I emailed them about it but they didn't bother to respond. So much for customer service.
