Overall this casino seemed a little older and run down a bit. It was not as flashy as the ones we are used to but it did offer plenty of slot machines as well as gaming tables. We were there for a little over three hours and were never once offered a drink so I would say the service is... More

The casino smell like smoke!!! It has a poor air filtering service. The slots have very poor pay off, even they promote 98 % pay back! Not true at all. The machines are in great % outdated. No comparison to the Winstar in Ok.

Thought this casino was rather small compared to others I have visited...kept looking for the rest of it and never saw it if it was there. The smoke was incredible & was the biggest reason I left early even though I was doing pretty good on the slots.

Although we didn't win; we played for a long time. Drink servicers were friendly came by often. Hotel clerks were wonderful. Although they couldn't give me a complimentary room, they made arrangements for me to get a generously discounted room nearby. Easy to find, clean

Plenty of slots for everyone...I personally like the penny slots myself and there is a whole floor pretty much dedicated to them. This casino is an old riverboat so if you visit Boomtown casino go out on deck and look around..go ahead it's perfectly ok the crew doesnt mind. The casino has a very good rewards program for repeat players,... More

They have a better selection of the newer games that everyone is looking for, the slots give you play for your money and it's a place to go and really have fun. Worth a stop and look see.

I've visited this property off and on over the years, and it's your typical riverboat-style casino. The pragmatics of being on a barge means that the casino itself is quite small. Gaming space is limited, and when it gets crowded, the demands on machines and seats at the table games can be high. If you're a table games player, two... More

The place is a shadow of it's former self, where it was once clean and fresh it is now dirty and poorly maintained. Also the staff seems indifferent and bored with there jobs, neither helpful and not very acommendating to the guest. The buffet was below average and the food offered was not good.

Much nicer casino then I was expecting. Clean. More luxurious then Diamond Jacks and Sam's Town, and taller ceilings. I would say the 3rd nicest, casino in Shreveport/Bossier City.
