Well if I am going to lose my money there is no place I would rather do it. The rooms are nice, the staff is always happy, helpful and glad to be of service. The buffet was fantastic! Shrimp, crabs, mussels (my first time to try! Yummy), prime rib etc. absolutely delicious.

My mom loves to play the slots and this is an okay place. Getting older and needs updating. Parking is good in garage.

One of the few hotels in Bossier City that have the glamorous appearance like Vegas. We had a great time spending a few hours in the casino. Free drinks we an added plus

Very clean but tight slots! I remember when we used to be able to play here for hours without losing all our money, Now you go broke in a matter of minutes.

Being from Houston I always go to Lake Charles La. to gamble. I was visiting family in the area and decided to head over to the Horseshoe on a Friday afternoon. I entered from the self park garage and there was a shopping mall on the walk to the casino, most shops were closed and signs said "coming soon" but... More

My wife, a diamond member is turning 61 this month. She normally loves to game at horseshoe in bossier city. She receives her fair share of mail from all of Caesars casinos trying to get her to their locations. She has been loyal to the bossier city location, even though it is over 600 miles and a 12 hour drive... More

We decided to drive to Bossier City last Saturday on a whim to get away for the weekend. We visited this casino that night to eat and gamble. The casino reminds me of Vegas as you walk in. Beautiful chandeliers, bright lights. We made reservations at Jack Binions. This was one of the best steaks we have had and we... More

My wife and I started visiting the Horseshoe Casino in 2014 after putting up with Winstar Casino for years. It's a longer drive from the Dallas area, but soooo much better overall. We are now Diamond members and have really enjoyed the slots that actually pay jackpots, real Roulette, professional and courteous staff, great food, and great comps. The hotel... More
