I found this place on the internet and was so anxious to take my older teenage son there. The first part of our experience was very good. It is a nice gun shop. I love the fact that you can rent any of their used guns to shoot on the range and I believe my son was able to decide... More

I had heard about this place for over a decade from a couple of co-workers, and just never had the time to make it down for one of bi-annual machine gun shoots. Then after seeing the reality "GUNTUCKY" show that was filmed here by CMT, I decided I needed to make time to check it out. So whatever vision of... More

This is a must-go for all fans of shooting. There are Machine Gun Shoot's twice a year (spring and fall). It's hard to compare these to anything else because there is nothing like it.

Ever since I saw my first WW II movie, I have had a thing for machine guns, but have never been around one. This year we went to Knob Creek and enjoyed the experience immensely. One day was plenty. The rest of the week we played golf, went to museums, Maker's Mark Distillery, and ate lot of great food Tip........bring... More

They have 2 machine gun shoots and gun shows each year, Spring and Fall. This needs to be on everyone's "A" list for top 10 events. You can rent machine buy guns, buy machine guns, and get lots of questions answered from on ATF officials.

This was a lot of fun. Friends, family all went down. Very affordable food. Unique things to see and do. We've been multiple times and every new person that goes finds they are glad they did at least once. I forget how I ever got started attending the twice-annual MG shoot. But when the weather is nice, it's always been... More

The range of weapons available to shoot is mind-blowing. There are civil war cannons, 50 caliber gatling guns, 20mm cannons, sawed off shotguns, AK-47s, and even a huey. These are fully automatic weapons. The downside of the event is that it is so packed that if you are not up front, you will barely see anything. We were lucky enough... More

The folks who work here are always nice and safety is top priority on the range. The range fees are reasonable and if you come more than 10 times a year a membership pays for itself - especially if you bring family members. Members also get extra perks like discounts, Christmas party, etc. Gun prices aren't always the lowest in... More

We are avid gun owners. Having been to many ranges this one is our favorite. Safety is by far the number one rule in our book. Other things we look for include: public access, range fees,$10 pp here, merchandice store, cleaniness, staff availability, organization to the ranges, long range shooting and other minor things This range has all of these...
