Turns out the water park was open the evening we spent there, even though it was a weeknight in March (usually only open on weekends that time of year). Apparently they open daily for a few weeks for Spring Break, so we lucked out. We didn't have any children with us, but we still managed to enjoy the water and... More

I was booked to stay at the hotel and I actually booked through Hotel.com. I checked into the room, and was told by the front desk clerk that I would be allowed to have the children not staying in the hotel with me to attend the water park. Once the children were present and changed into swimwear and standing at... More

Hotel is fair but they don't tell you that pool area is only open on the weekend for a few hours and if you stay Sunday afternoon through Friday there is no pool and onsite restaurant isn't open unless pool is open.

I booked my five year olds birthday party here. Lesson learned. Not only is the pool extremely small but he chlorine smell is strong enough to run even the pirates out of pirates bay. The price for the ONLY party package they offer was $750 but it wasn't selling (imagine that) so the new management dropped the package price to... More

We went to a birthday party here for our Great-grand-child. It was our first visit here. The kids loved it, but it is not a very good place to hold a birthday party. You have to buy your drinks from the snack area, and their selection is limited. The humidity from the heated pool and the enclosed area, along with... More

At first glance this place looks decent and clean. A great place to take children to play in the small water park. They supposedly have a little hot tub for people 16 and older ONLY in the corner and have a sign up at the end of the stairs leading to it that says 16 and older only, but the... More

They need to add some venting or more open doors, the chlorine smell is both times weve been. Kids enjoyed it

We decided to take our family here for my son's birthday present. We arrived at 1 pm and were very excited that our rooms were available (we took my parents). Everyone was very happy with the water park. My son was turning 8 so he spent most of his time on the 2 larger slides and in the 4ft basketball... More

when we first came to the front desk the lady at the front desk said that we could not have my children AND HUSBAND there without having two rooms. They wouldnt even allow my husband into the waterpark. They said he could visit the hotel but that was it. We have stayed there before and not had any problems. Then... More
