We have been to the Newport Aquarium four times, with multiple age groups of kids and parents, and have always enjoyed it. It's worth the $23 for 12 and over. We see something new each time we go - River Otters, Jellyfish, Penguins, tropical and freshwater fish.

We are 60 but enjoy the aquarium. What a blast but go when school is in session. Kids everywhere and parents not watching them

I took my niece and nephew to the Aquarium on a Saturday. It was very crowded which I expected on a Saturday. But what I did not expect was to wait almost an hour in line to pick up my tickets I purchased on-line. What a mess. In addition, we were hoping to check our coats once we got inside... More

This was our first trip to the Aquarium. I had all five of my children with me ranging from 2-14 years old. The kids enjoyed all the exhibits. The favorites for us were the shark rays and the spider crabs. My only issue was that parking was a pain, but can be expected for a busy area at peak times.... More

Newport Aquarium is a must see while in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Though maybe a little smaller than some major city aquariums...this one still had all the pizazz and perhaps a few more exotic fish that you may not have seen at others. This was definitely a great time with the family, once you figure out how/where to park...in my... More

Me and my honey wanted to spend the weekend away for our anniversary so I decided the Cincinnati area and then an aquarium. I read others reviews and the website which both helped. Others said to go early and try buying tickets elsewhere so you wouldn't have to stand in the ticket line. We arrived about 9:30 and no line,... More

We visited on a very busy Friday, so that does affect my feelings about the place some, because it wasn't easy to see everything because of the crowds. But I noticed lots of areas that seemed worn and tired, and exhibits that seemed like they needed some TLC. Not a bad place, but for the admission price I expected a... More

I took our 2 boys while the wife went to a convention. Parking was very easy and the plaza around the aquarium was great with lots of activity, shops and restaurants. The line is not bad early on but gets terrible by noon. The location on the waterfront is very nice. The aquarium itself is small but very nicely laid... More

We spent Easter weekend here several years ago. It's an easy drive from metro Detroit. I'm so pleased that I purchased tickets on line. Holy cow! Was the line to buy tickets LONG!!! I know that if I had to wait in that line I would have given up and gone elsewhere. A coat check would be BRILLIANT! It's warm... More

Went with 7 kids-my own children and nieces and nephews. It was spring break and there were 3 people selling tickets, line was Long. I found this to be poor planning but then the ticket staff were bordering on rude. Not one smile, friendly word,or a polite hello. Then I had to argue over the amount of change I had given her...
