This aquarium is pretty nice. Great way to entertain my kids for a few hours. They have a large number of sharks and a cool white alligator. It is extremely crowded on the weekends though, so I recommend securing your entry time by buying tickets online ahead of time.

We stopped for a few hours in the middle of our trip from Detroit to Gatlinburg and it was fantastic! We were very impressed with the habitats and the selection of animals and activities they offered. We were able to enjoy a few talks and feedings which we very informational. We also did the penguin encounter which was absolutely amazing.... More

This was a nice place to go and look around and as an adult I really enjoyed it. The children with us (4 between the ages of 7-8) did not have as much fun as the adults did, they got bored very quickly. The Frog exhibit got their attention as there was a very nice indoor playground and it was... More

Matt and I returned to the Newport Aquarium after visiting a year ago. Honestly, this time we were pretty disappointed. We went on a Saturday instead of a weekday, so we expected bigger crowds. But we did not expect the Aquarium to not be able to handle the larger volume. There were no more employees than before, so there was... More

One of the highlights of the trip was seeing the amazing shark Rays! Otherwise it's very similar to a ripely aquarium. Beautiful exhibits. Not too big so you can make it through in a couple hours taking your time. Loved our souvenir photos! Close to Cincinnati zoo so you can visit one then another... Makes a nice weekend trip.

Overall this was an enjoyable visit, but to us it seemed a little underwhelming as an experience. The cost is high enough that we expected more, what was there was nice but there is not all that much to see in the end. I have been to several aquariums and they had as much or more and for less of... More

After being to SeaWorld all of my life, I wasn't expecting too much. But not only did it surpass expectations, it was really good! Easy to view display windows, full of interesting aquatic life that you could actually see. Super shark tank area and lots of walk-thru underwater tunnels. The jelly fish display tanks were nothing short of beautiful...really well... More

I went to Newport Aquarium with some family in May, 2014. It was very packed and kinda pricy, but it was well worth it. They have so many fishes, and you can pet baby sharks! It's great for all ages. I would recommend this.

The aquarium is a great place to go, not just once, but time and again. My daughter and I love to go here in the winter when she gets a bit stir crazy, and, at the same time, it's great to go in the summer, at the beginning of a day at Newport on the Levee. There is always something... More

This was an excellent place to visit. My kids love aquariums and all kinds of fish so we decided to take them on this adventure. They loved the 360° aquarium that they could see all the fish swimming all around them as well an overhead and underneath them
