A nice one hour trip on the spirit of Jefferson with a knowledgeable narrator giving history of the river and shoreline features. Very interesting. We got the unlimited soft drink package for an extra $2 which was worth it. Only one bartender working concession so there was a bit of a wait for the drinks when we first boarded but... More

First of all, I was on the Spirit of Jefferson, so I cannot attest to the Belle of Louisville. I was on the dinner time sightseeing cruise (without dinner included). I would recommend getting there around 6:15. People star lining up early to get on. I purchased my tickets on the phone. I was NOT told that I needed to... More

The boat ride was good, it was two hours up and back up stream the Ohio, and pleasant ride. However, don't get thirsty. Even a glass of water will cost you 50 cents. Because of TSA, you may not bring your own water abroad. The banquet meal was catered, and was fair. but after they took the food off, it... More

It was a very nice steam boat ride on the Ohio. An hour upstream and back. relaxing OK. it wants me to say more but there is nothing else to say. I sat in a chair on the back of the boat and enjoyed the view for a couple hours.

This attraction is best suited for old people that enjoy average food and for kids. The food was catered by Halls. It wasn't terrible. You just won't walk away from the meal thinking the meal was incredible. The boat ride was nice. I won't sign up to do it again. I just thought it was an average experience. The exhaust... More

I went on the Spirit of Jefferson for a lunch time cruise. Without lunch and with a discount, a ticket was $18. Although it was a hot day, sitting in the shade with a breeze from the water made the heat bearable. I liked hearing information about what sights were along the river, and I would have liked more information... More

Celebrating my sister's birthday with our other sister we took the evening cruise including the buffet. They were well organized and had tablets with each party's name and number of guests. Supper went smoothly as they directed people when it was their table's turn to go up. It was a pleasant meal of chicken, beef, ham and pastas and salads... More

Did a lunch ride, 2 hours on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The tickets were $35 for the lunch/boat tour. The guide was well-informed using well-placed descriptions throughout the tour. Lunch was a hearty buffet and surprisingly good

slow ride down the river and back. PA system not sufficient to be able to hear the occasional bit of information. I probably would not have done this at full price.

I'm a fan of all things history and I really enjoyed a day time sightseeing cruise. The belching of the steam and the spray we a bonus. The cruise seemed to last a long time and Louisville faded into the distance before we turned around. I don't know if the tour was narrated. If it was, I couldn't hear anything.
