This museum not only tells the life of a great boxer, but also the struggles of minorities in America. Watch Ali's life on film and the film projected on a boxing canvass of his greatest fights. many interesting artifacts. Not much to buy in the gift shop.

Brilliant! Appeals to both the boxing fan and the general public. Especially liked the information / education sections (for kids).

This is a fantastic center and so informative. I left feeling so inspired. I loved that parts of the center are interactive, always makes learning more fun! After here I drove to 3302 Grand Avenue to see where Muhammed Ali lived during his childhood, also worth a visit.

My wife and I visited as part of a road trip round the US Heartland. Muhammad Ali was born in 1942, two years before me and I have been a fan of his since I was about 16 years old. Being English, I well remember the night he fought Henry Cooper in 1965 when our 'Enery had him on the... More

This is a great interactive museum. The building is beautiful, the exhibits are high-tech, and the center portrays the true spirit of Muhammed Ali. This place is a must-see for all Ali fans, and I would recommend a visit for any tourist in the area. There is a cool kids area, too. I gave this 4 stars, instead of 5,... More

This was such a great experience. I visited the day before Ironman Louisville. What an inspiration before the race. Shows a short film, and then you get to walk through some very fun exhibits and see life and career of one of the greatest sportsman of all time. Good for kids and adults.

Great way to spend an afternoon. I did not have enough time and will go back. There is so much to see and learn about Ali and America, race relations, world issues and so much more. Gift shop has lots of great books and other fun stuff as well. Easy to get to and close by a variety of other... More

As someone who is not a fan of boxing I was not enthusiastic about this visit but it was about about so much more than boxing. There is plenty here to make you think about the life of black men and women in the not so distant past and how hard it was for someone no matter how talented and... More
