This was just a good place to walk over a very hot day in June. Temperature was 35C so a very pleasant walk along the river and over the old steel girder bridge. Take a water bootle or similar on hot days like this. a light breeze helped out a bit, still worth the effort in the temperatures.

This is a very family-friendly waterfront park, which is a must see in Louiseville downtown at Kentucky. The play features for kids are unique, along with a mini-pyramid and mini-hill; also the water fountains are gorgeous. Above all, the Big-4 bridge is a big attraction, specially for walkers and joggers, and the bridge with its enchanting LED lights is simply... More

It's nothing out of this world, but if you want to stroll the riverfront this will do in Louisville. It is fine, but it's not up to par with other cities like NYC or chicago.

This is not Millennium Park or some world-class park like that. It's kind of a sleepy old place in need of upgrades. The River is muddy and there is always disgusting debris everywhere. The smell is awful and there's construction all around.

Lot's to do from strolling around to see the different statues, to enjoying the swings, and just relaxing. There are places to eat, and it's just a nice relaxing fun place to go.

They have free parking. You can walk along the waterfront or rent out bicycles. There are a number of interesting things to see, like the Lincoln Memorial. You can walk across the Four Arches Bridge.

Two of my friends and I attended the Saturday shows at Forecastle 2015.The organizers did an excellent job in accommodating the massive crowd for the festival. The Park is beautiful any time of the year and if your in the downtown area,it is a must to enjoy an outdoor day along the River.

I drive by this location a couple of times a week. I enjoy seeing all of the children playing in the water as well as all of the people strolling the area. Summers are very nice when you have a park like this to be involved with.
