Lots of construction dust since they are in the midst of remodeling. I always find something I like here. The patterns are unique. Even if you don't want to purchase it has the museum, and it's like visiting an art gallery.

We purchased a tour and painting through groupon. My four children ages 10,7,5 and 9 months really enjoyed the tour. It was educational and fun. The children talked about it the rest of the day to anyone who would listen. As a mother I was very impressed at the companys use of local products and lack of use of chemicals.... More

We love hearing that "the children talked about it the rest of the day to anyone who would listen." That means they were engaged -- and those are the best kinds of tour attendees to have! Please consider posting a picture of the pieces the kids painted. More

Arrived today to paint our own pottery. We used a Groupon otherwise regular prices are a bit expensive. They will mail our pottery to us for an additional fee. Fun for my 6 year old daughter.

Louisville stoneware is a very interesting place to visit. They have a wide selection of stoneware items. You can see the pottery made, paint your own, and special order personalized pieces . They also have gift registry. My daughter had a bridal registry there and all was handled very professionally. Truly a special kentucky place to visit!

My husband and I enjoyed our visit here so much. We even did the paint-your-own pottery activity and it was a blast -- we use the coffee mugs that we painted all of the time and they always bring back a great memory. The stoneware for sale is beautiful. Highly enjoyable experience!

We purchased Groupons for the paint-your-own pottery as a day activity for a friend's bachelorette party and had a blast. The staff was very friendly and happy to accept our groupn deal. There was a nice selection of pottery to choose from. Paint colors were limited, but there were plenty enough to choose from that it really wasn't an issue.... More

Had a great time with the gal pals painting pottery. Friendly service, simple activity and not super expensive. Pick your piece, pick your colors, paint and leave the mess for the LS folks to clean up - you can't beat that! Recommend this as a fun afternoon for the ladies or family. Oh, and the store part is filled with... More

We go and paint our own pottery a couple times a year. Keep in mind it is very hot on warm days as the studio is not air conditioned.
