Entranc off of main street with public parking adjacent to the front entrance. Usually closes at 5 PM so timing is critical to avoid traffic. Entrance fee of $11 includes entrance into the museum, a factory tour, admission to a short 20 min movie and all of the exhibits. The exhibit I found most cool were the Mantle, Ripken bat... More

If you are a fan of baseball this the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory Tour is a must see for only $11 for adults. Lots of baseball history, the chance to hold a player's bat, opportunity to learn how bats are made and much more! This was much more than I thought it would be. Tip: the Louisville Science Museum... We made sure to visit Louisville Slugger while in town for a convention. Glad we did, beautiful facility and very interesting to watch the process and see the historic pieces of memorabilia.

We love coming here time and time again. H&B is the company that produces the Louisville Slugger baseball bat - this location is the same as the Louisville Slugger Factory and Museum location on TripAdvisor where you can get a tour of the bat factory and see MLB bats made in front of your eyes. This is a great way... More

The Louisville Slugger baseball bat is known all over the country. In an old television sit-com, Sandford and Son, the late Red Foxx used one for protection. Right here in our hometown the bats for all the major league players are made. The museum has changing exhibits such as the one on Negro Baseball Leagues. This is a great family-oriented... More

This is the same tour as the previously mentioned Louisville Slugger Factory Tour. I will repeat, if you are now, were at one time or want to be, this is the tour for you. There were several families on the tour with me and the kids never seemed bored by it at all.

The bat factory is of interest to all ages. The older kids and adults enjoyed the musuem. You don't have to be a baseball fan to have a good time.

Everyone should be where these famous baseball bats are made and get a miniature as a souvenir. You can watch the Louisville Bats at our wonderful baseball stadium, go to IMax for a show, and visit the Muhammed Ali Center. Very short distance between all these places.
