The tour was very professional run with a very homely feel. My wife was not interested but came and had the best day. I loved doing my own wax dipping and now treasure the bottle on my bar. We used R & R Limousine to pick us up and drive us around, well worth the cost.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the distilling process and the distillery was beautiful and very well kept. the grounds were beautiful and the art work was very distinctive. Overall this was an excellent tour, didn't require too much walking and was worth the stop to see. Even though it is off the beaten path.

I've taken people from all over the United States to Makers and have been there approximately 32 times in the past 7 years. I would be glad to go at least another 32 times.

This distillery is located of the beaten path but is very much worth the trip. Beautiful location and setting. Tour is worth every dime of admission. Interesting and informative as well as beautiful scenery. Make sure and buy a bottle and dip your own in the signature Makers Mark red wax!!

My first tour on the bourbon trail and so glad I decided to stop. Amazing property surrounded by farms. World class visitor's center that appeared to have an inn upstairs. Great sitting room and parlor with bourbon coffee available while I waited for the tour. Tour lasted approximately an hour with Ryan, who was extremely knowledgeable. Tremendous look at a... More

The tour was great except they were not bottling during this time of the year. My son is an Ambassador for Makers and his bottles were ready for pick up. We were able to dip the bottles in the sealing wax which was pretty awsome. The staff was great and very informative. Just wish they would have been in full... More

I don't even drink bourbon, but this tour was fun and informative. Got to dip my own bottle in the red wax.

Although I am not a bourbon drinker, I left thinking I had been all my life. Our tour guide was amazing. It was a great experience to learn how bourbon is made and taste the product like an expert.
