I really enjoyed the tour! It was very informational not only about restaurants, their chefs, menus, etc., but also historical knowledge also. Walking in historic Gratz Park was a treat, and I enjoyed all the tidbits of history that were presented. I do not eat red meat, so the hot dog stand was lost on me, but the rest of... More

What an amazing and delicious way to see downtown Lexington. Our host was friendly, informative, and had a great selection of restaurants for us. She also had it nicely paced so that we we not feeling stuffed and were able to enjoy all six restaurants. Highly recommend this tour, it is well worth the cost which is very reasonable.

We filled up the entire tour with our family reunion, so it was lovely to have a private tour, a little walking and tasting, some history of Lexington. Excellent food, our whole group loved it. Good value.

Thank you to Laura for a really pleasant and delicious culinary tour during our sister's weekend in Lexington. The variety of establishments was really terrific and the information about so many others we couldn't get to was very useful. Loved the blueberry buckwheat pancakes, the chili dogs and the bread pudding. Loved eating at the outside counter at Cheapside. I... More

I found myself in Lexington this weekend with a good friend. Saturday morning, we took the Heart of Lexington Tour with Bleu Plate Tours. It was a fantastic use of our money. The guide provided the perfect blend of good food, historic knowledge of the city, and an understanding of the food culture within Lexington. If you find yourself in... More

Although this is a walking tour you aren't walking that far between stops. This is a great way to spend 3 hours and eating some delicious food. I took my husband for his birthday on a Saturday morning and we both had fun even though it rained most of the time. Lexington is a beautiful city and the history behind... More

I would highly recommend taking a Blue Plate tour of Lexington Kentucky, It is a great way way to learn some of the history of the city and to explore parts of it that you never knew existed all the while stopping at several fabulous eateries and enjoying goumet bites. What a great way to spend a Sunday Afternoon!

What a great tour of Downtown Lexington. Even though I've lived in the city all my life, I learned a lot about the downtown area and ate some pretty delicious foods. Laura, our guide, was full of knowledge and enthusiastic about the places we went too. We took the Sunday tour and all the stops were planned out and the... More

What a great tour. Even though I live here and eat downtown frequently, I was wowed by the awesome food and information that we experienced on the tour. Laura makes this interesting and so much fun. I took a relative who had just moved to town and was impressed by how much fun it was for us locals, too. No... More
