Experience why Kentucky is world famous! Our fun and informative horse farm tours (approximately 3 hours in length) take you through the heart and soul of Kentucky's beautiful blue grass horse country. Drive by, see and hear the history of Calumet horse farm, home of a breeding and racing dynasty that dominated the sport of kings during the 1940s, 1950s and beyond. Step out and enjoy a walking tour of the ivy-covered grounds of historic Keeneland Race Course, home to the planet's most expensive horse auctions. Take a peek at the thoroughbred horse lifestyle as we take you behind the scenes to explore a premier thoroughbred horse farm and visit up close and personal with their famous horses. We'll even see where scenes from the major motion pictures Secretariat, Seabiscuit and Dreamer were filmed.

We had a wonderful time touring the beautiful Lexington countryside with Daniel recently. He entertained us with an amazing repertoire of facts about the history and current status of the thoroughbred industry in the area. From seeing the gorgeous estates and facilities to petting some shockingly valuable animals, our experience was a great use of a summer morning.

I took my 10 year old granddaughter to Lexington for a look a horse country. I booked this tour and was so glad I did. Not only did I enjoy it but my granddaughter loved it. They picked us up at the Embassy Suites (where we were not staying) but you are allowed to park free there for the tour.... More

If you are visiting Lexington or the surrounding area, you must take this particular tour. My family has been on other tour company tours and they couldn't believe how much more they were able to see on this tour. Some highlights: -Tour operator was a teacher, so was filled with great facts and had an engaging and friendly manner when... More

Our guide Nicholas was wonderful. His family owns a horse farm in the area so he has personal and historic knowledge of the horse racing industry. We learned so much.

This was our first trip to Lexington, and we were keen to get some introduction to the horse racing traditions there. This tour was way better than we could have hoped for, with a great set of properties to visit and an entertaining guide in Daniel. We came away with a good sense of the farms and the horses, the... I cant say enough about this wonderful tour of the Lexington Horse properties. My twin 14 year old girls and I had such a good time. This tour began a love affair of Lexington. Dan was just great! We were educated, entertained and spoiled. I wanted him to drive us every where. Well worth the price and time!

Having never been to Lexington, we were curious about the town, the people, the local industry ..... This tour is your one stop shop! Nicholas our guide, had such compassion for his town, that you couldn't help but love it too. Everything we saw was beautiful, and it was incredibly educational! Kudos for a job well done!

We thoroughly enjoyed our horse farm tour. Nicholas was our tour guide and he was fabulous. Being a horse trainer himself, he gave us a lot of history and background on the whole thoroughbred racing, breeding, training experience. The tour was thorough, informative, educational, and most of all, very enjoyable. I couldn't believe how committed Nicholas was to ensuring those... More

It was a beautiful Friday morning and I had a fantastic time. Our guide was knowledgeable, entertaining, full of fun facts, and -- he could sing! I really appreciated the up close and personal beauty of the farms, horses with their youngsters, and the beautiful Keeneland Race Track. Folks were asking questions and we seemed to develop quite the camaraderie... More

Our tour guide - Matt was wonderful and we had a great day! Was definitely worth the time! We live in Louisville but even for somewhat "locals" it was great!
