This property is different than you'd expect, but really pretty. The tour starts with a video that gives an overview of the bourbon process. We had visited other distilleries, so had heard much of it but the video enabled us to see the inside of the machines and how the whole process goes that you can't see in person. The... More

Nice people, beautiful buildings, good tastings, and buy anything you tasted. On tour they offer you a taste of the mash before and after fermenting. Tasting was [in order] Four Roses, Four Roses Small Batch and Four Roses Single barrel. Four Roses was nice, being the first shot a little rough. Small bacth tasted a little better. Single barrel was... More

For $5.00, this is a good bargain for a distillery tour and you keep the glass.. Our tour guide was fun. We got to taste three of the Four Roses bourbons and got to keep our glasses. Unfortunately, the manufacturing operation was in the middle of a shutdown, learned about Seagrams connection!

Enjoyed the visit to Four Roses distillery. No production because of summer break but still enjoyed seeing operations. The Spanish style building is beautiful. $5 tour ticket includes Cox Creek bottling facility if visited within 60 days. The tour including tastings and glass.

Since we did the Buffalo Trace tour, we didn't want to do another tour. Luckily they have a short "30 minute" tour which is really they give you a rundown of their history and then you taste. They were bought by Kirin (think Kirin Japanese beer) so they have been Japanese owned for a few years. It's neat to visit... More

Nice tour which included an information film, a tour of the distillery, samples of their three Bourbons and you get to keep the engraved Four Roses glass. They have a great shop also.

We visited 6 distilleries on the Bourbon Trail (and one distillery not on the trail: Buffalo Trace), and Four Roses was a lovely stop. We liked the short video that introduced the distillery, and we liked that we were able to see the innards of a distiller (not something that is shown on other tours). Our tour guides, Katie and... For only $5.00, this is a good bargain for a distillery tour. Our tour guide was fun. The buildings are old and have a Spanish architectural theme. We got to taste three of the Four Roses bourbons and got to keep our glasses. Unfortunately, the manufacturing operation was in the middle of a shutdown, so it was not as interesting... More

We were just passing through and saw the sign, was only a few minutes off the highway. The official tour was booked and we didn't have a lot of time, so we signed up for a 15 min history talk with tasting ! Lots of interesting facts about the company and the bourbon, and 3 samples. Was great to taste... More
