We rely enjoyed this tou! The property is so beautiful and the architecture of the original building is stunnng! Really good bourbon (not the same Four Roses as the old days; now a quality product)! Informative tour, fun tasting and you get to keep the glass, all for $5...can't beat that!

We came from far, more than 10,000 miles away. Asked a friend from the Bourbon business to arrange a serious tour, and so he did. Only they've sent us an erroneous address, so we called, got the right address but arrived to the 1-2 hours tour 14 minutes late. We could see our group starting the tour, yet they'd sent... More

Having completed the Bourbon Trail, we look back on this distillery as one of the better ones overall. The tour can be noisy in places, so it was a joy that our guide spoke into a radio frequency transmitter, and we wore a receiver with an earphone. We enjoy seeing all the major equipment and processes used in making the... More

We stop at the Four Roses Distillery in Laurenceburg. If you're on a vacation budget, this is a must do. You must be at least 21 to go on the tour . Our guide Jo was hospitable and the tour was very informative. Our admission fee of $5 include 3 taste samples of their products. Jo even gave us the... More

We had time to only visit one of the Four Roses locations and we chose the distillery rather than the warehouse/bottling facility. It was a great choice. Jo, our tour guide, was thorough and adjusted the tour due to the rain. We started at the visitor's center with a well-done movie. Then we moved to the distillery and went to... More

Those who are making the bourbon trail in Kentucky would do well to go to Four Roses. Unlike most of the others, it is right off the highway, and in a bucolic setting. The cost is minimal, but the tour is excellent. A guide leads you through the process, allows you to sample some of the yeast, and then brings... More

One of the smaller distillers you will see but definitely worth the trip. The tour is short and doesn't cover much real estate but remember the tasting room is at the end of the road. You can buy cask strength bottle of bourbon that is worth the trip.

Beautiful setting, beautiful facility, good tour. It really gives you the feels for how bourbon is produced. The bourbon is better than its reputation.

Four Roses was a great stop on our bourbon trail experience! The tour group was small and our guide was friendly and funny. We felt like we really got to see the behind-the-scenes of how everything is made. The tasting was great & we took a few bottles home!

Let's start by admitting we're not Bourbon drinkers. I prefer Scotch, and my wife prefers wine. But we were visiting friends in Southern Indiana on a motorcycle riding trip, and when our day was rained out, we decided to visit a distillery. The friends we were visiting had heard Four Roses was an excellent experience, so we gave it a... More
