Owner description: Ruby Moon Vineyard & Winery is located just South of Henderson, Ky surrounded by the gently rolling farm land of the Audubon Region. Our wines are hand crafted in small batches from our own estate grown grapes from our three acre vineyard and other locally grown fruits. Visitors to Ruby Moon can sample our wines in our Tuscan inspired tasting room. In addition to being able to purchase bottles of wine to go, visitors are also able to purchase wine to drink on site either in the tasting room on our blue stone patio or while strolling through the vineyard. We also have a banquet/meeting room that can be rented out for private parties, wedding receptions, reunions, etc... and a spacious, well appointed suite that we can be rented nightly.

We found this place quite by accident. Took a wrong turn and was turning around and then saw their sign. We did the wine and cheeze tasting and then bought a couple bottles that we liked. We will go back.

Friendly owners, peaceful setting, tasty wine... It's all good at Ruby Moon! You can get a glass and roam around the vineyard, add some cheese and crackers and find a table to just relax. Check them out! They also have a suite which I have not checked out, but I know it should have a great view of the countryside!

It's truly a beautiful dream! Embraces KY spirit in their dream they share with you . Romantic and very private if your looking for a getaway. Wine is amazing! Sitting on deck over looking vineyard watching sunset is not like any other you have ever since so glad that it's everything I wanted and more!

My wife and I visited on a nice day in mid-July. The wine we tasted was very good and we made a purchase. It didn't feel like a welcoming atmosphere though. Our questions were answered in a businesslike manner. I guess I just expected a different level of enthusiasm from new winery.

We were so sorry to hear that you were disappointed when you visited. Since we first opened almost 7 years ago (November 2006), we have always been known for and prided ourselves on our welcoming, friendly environment and dedication to the best customer service we can provide. We hope that you will visit us again at some point and that... More

On a visit back to my home town of Henderson, we were told about this quaint little winery out in the country. We decided to visit and so glad we did. We did some wine tasting in the tasting room. The tasting room is small but the perfect size to visit with folks sitting around the Tuscany inspired tasting area.... More

I had reservations at the Fairfield Inn in Evansville until I stumbled upon the Ruby Moon web site and saw that they had a "Sunset Suite" rental. We promptly called and to our delight found it available for the week we were in town. They are located in the country side about 8 miles from the center of Henderson on... More

Great estate wines and wonderful cheeses aren't even the best thing about Ruby Moon. The owners, Anita & Jamie, make the place feel like home. Take advantage of the Sunset Suite and stay the night in the peace and quite of a beautiful KY vineyard.

This is a small winery, with a pleasant tasting room and a limited selection of wines. The ladies who own it are friendly and knowledgeable, and make you feel welcome. They have comfortable seating, inside and out, and encourage customers to bring their own picnic food and enjoy a bottle of their wine. They have cheeses and crackers for purchase,... More

I hear they have a bed and breakfast now and would love to check that out one of these days. It is a very beautiful place. I went out in May for the Art's Festival.

We stayed at Ruby Moon (15 minutes from Audubon State Park) for 5 nights in May. What a nice surprise! The cottage was spacious, with the finest bed linens, featuring a deck that overlooks the vineyard. Hard to beat: A lovely place to stay, in a beautiful, private setting, attached to a winery that produces good wine.
