Lake Malone State Park is beautiful. We have camped there many times. They have hiking trails, a play area for the kids, and places to swim as well as boat, fish, and tube. It is one of our go to spots in the summer!

A great little state park with ample, wooded tent lots right where deer and fox pass by on their way from woods to field. Friendly staff and, if you get there early or make reservations, a few lots at the end of the camper loop have fantastic lake views on a large, shaded, clean lot. A great weekend get-away, though...

Lake Malone is a gem of a park in the beautiful rolling hills of Kentucky. We stayed at the Stewart House right on the lake and it was absolutely lovely. This area of Kentucky is simply breathtaking both in its simplicity and grandeur. The Stewart House has four bedrooms and is beautifully furnished to accommodate guests. Sitting at night out...
