It was an ok stop but not sure why the history of fried chicken is a vacation stop! The food was good, but I would suggest they offer something there you cannot get at any other KFC. Again ok and museum was ok, if you are in Corbin, then its a must stop, if not then oh well. More

If you ever ate at a KFC you can't pass this up. It's a museum a KFC all in one. We arrived early in day and did not know we could eat here also. Except for the KFC ordering bar the rest of building is a museum for Colonel Sanders. Parking lot is large and this stop is free and... More

While on the interstate in Kentucky we saw a sign that said Saunders Cafe and Museum and I'm a huge museum buff so I said "Why Not?" We arrived there and looked around this little KFC nestled away in a small town called Corbin in Kentucky. We looked around the museum, took some pics and ate a little bit so... More

Nice little KFC restaurant, with exhibits including some of the original fixtures from the first restaurant begun by "Colonel" Harland Sanders. A snapshot of culinary history. More

It is just an typical KFC restaurant with small museum inside. Ok, if you never been there or if you have the time to kill. More

I learned quite a bit about Colonel Sanders. I really enjoyed the model of the office and the kitchen area. It was fun to see the old motel rooms. The food was typical KFC, and I would skip the food next time. More

It's always interesting to learn more about where something originated. If you like KFC and are passing through this quaint town you should definitely stop! More

If you are near Corbin Kentucky and want some chicken, take the short drive off of the interstate to visit this place. They have an operational KFC with all of the normal food and a fair amount of stuff from the history of KFC. I would have been disappointed if I had driven a long way but for a short... More
