Good zip line and attractions, can easily spend an afternoon here, outside in the sunshine. Great zip line, its billed as the longest in KY and it is long. Some of the fixtures... read more

I went only for a tour of their small cave ("Outlaw Cave," claimed to be a Jesse James hideout) ... it was fine and the guide was quite pleasant and informative. My observations while passing by the park, and while waiting for the tour lead me to agree with other reviews that the park is showing signs of age and... More

The cave tour is perfect for a family or first time cavers as it is not to harsh but has a cool passage way and narrow stairs going down about 13 steps. Mary Jane was a great guide and made the experience enjoyable for us. Would recommend this for families!

Our 3 generation family was visiting Mammoth Cave, and needed something to entertain the boys (6, 7 & 10). We were attracted to the Kentucky Action Park because of the great variety of activities, and we were not disappointed. Everyone at the park was pleasant and helpful, the activities were a good value, and the trail ride wranglers were superb.... More

The kids got to ride an alpine slide and a chairlift for the first time. Better for kids that are 5 and above as they have to ride down alone. Outstanding views from the horse back trail. The cave was not worth the visit and a bit unsafe, but really beautiful.

Have been here many times. Fun for whole family. Made the mistake of going on "dollar day" last year. I do not recommend this to anyone. Children were so tired from waiting in crazy long lines. Not worth the little bit of savings. Much more enjoyable to pay regular prices and enjoy the day.

I'm going to break this review into sections because there is a lot to do at this place. We visited as a family of 4 with kids aged almost 7 and 9. First, we rode horses. Kids 6 and up get their own horse and my daughter was thrilled at this. We did the 30 min ride. It was reasonably... More

I went to this place on a class field trip with my daughter's class. It is very small, with only a few attractions. The employees, especially the guys running the go cart ride, were rude and disrespectful. The chair lift is a tragic accident waiting to happen, because the bar that comes down across your lap doesn't lock shut. I... More
