Nice place to sit and relax.

Very well done and nice place to just sit and relax. Right on the square and just a nice mix of traffic and quiet to read or just take a little nap.

We stumbled upon this park accidentally when getting turned around in route to our hotel from a tasty downtown eatery. It is quaint and charming - the sculptures and plaques that adorn the square have an air of romanticism about them. We were lucky enough to visit during dusk, and the lighting coupled with the sounds of the fountain were... More

First time visiting the fountain square and was beautiful. Loved the gardens and the greek muses figures that were around the gardens. Right in the middle of town and surrounded by stores and restaurants. Just beautiful, peaceful and relaxing.

A pleasant, ol'timey Americana square. The monuments are nice, the location wonderful for their car shows.

Fountain Square Park is surrounded by many nice local restaurants and is beautiful example of a small-town central square.

In the South, most of the older cities have a courthouse in the center. In Bowling Green, it is a small park with a very nice fountain. All through the park are monuments to various groups. It is well kept and the shade trees felt good on the hot day.

Talk about going back in time, the Fountain Square Park in the middle of the town square of historical Bowling Green, Kentucky is a really neat experience. Need a little downtime sitting in the park or shopping in the town square, then spend a couple three hours here. Don't forget to walk a block away to the historical 1887 Warren... More

This is a wonderful little park in the city center. Even on a hot summer there is plenty of shade and a shady bench to sit on. The central fountain is lovely, and look around for the statues. The architecture of the surrounding buildings is interesting and reminiscent of a grander time. Relax a moment and enjoy before finding lunch... More

We come here often and just walk and enjoy the area. We have often said, we wished local shops would stay open later on Saturdays. If you eat in the area and just feel like walking off your meal, it basically just window shopping as almost all the stores close early on Saturday.

This is such a charming spot. Very clean and well maintained! It has a nice area for walking too. My son loves playing in the fountain water and it really is a nice and inexpensive place to go for a little exercise and fun.
