I would recommend this tour without any reservation. As the owners of a 78 Corvette we visited with our family consisting of my wife, our five children and myself. I recommend booking your tour online and arriving plenty early for your scheduled time as they take out at least a couple of groupings for the same tour times. We arrived... More

Loved seeing how the magic happens when putting together a new Corvette. Tour guide was extremely knowledgable. Enjoyed seeing American workers assembling an all-American car. Highly recommend. Be advised--no purses, no backpacks, no cellphones or cameras allowed. Closed toed shoes required. Well worth it!

Our entire family enjoyed this tour. You are taken right in the middle of the action and get a great view of various stages of the manufacturing process. Our tour guide was clear and informative. Glad we had bought tickets in advance as they were turning people away ahead of us that just walked up to buy tickets 30 minutes... More

We were in Bowling Green for a Tandem bicycle tour with some time to spare before we left town.So we took a tour of the Corvette factory. It was jaw-droppin' cool! When I was 13 years old I watched a '57 and a '58 Vette smoking their tires in all the gears. It was about 2 am on an empty... More

I've been in three assembly plants, and this is the best because you are down on the factory floor right where it's happening. The tour leader uses a microphone at certain stations to discuss what's happening. Like most plants, there are some things you don't see (paint and body shops, for example), but you see several pieces of the assembly... More

We were able to visit this factory just after they re-opened it several years ago. It was beautiful to see all the processes and learning about the cars. To learn that the frame only weighs 42 lbs. was really cool. If I remember right the front fender is either 3 or 8 lbs. If you are in the area, please... More

This was our second visit and tour of the Corvette Assembly Plant. It is a great tour! You get to see just about anything and everything that goes on or into a Corvette. Both times, about 10 years apart, our docents have been informative, knowledgeable and well spoken. Most are interns from a local university. The tour costs $10 to... More

Loved this tour. We've taken a lot and this is one of the best. Very informative and you get right in there and see what's going on up close. $7 a person is a steal - unless you consider the fact you'll come out wanting a $60,000 car! Make your reservations ahead of time and arrive early.

If you like cars and corvettes, then if you are in the area, this is a must, across the hwy from the Corvette Museum this is the only factory that produces Corvettes, you will need to schedule your tour ahead of time to make sure you will get in a tour time, but it is well worth it, you start...
