It's a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the few extra minutes it takes to get there. It's on beautiful acreage and the actual restaurant looks like a barn. They serve sandwiches, burgers, salads and other road-trip fare, but the best part is the ice cream. This being a dairy farm that's no surprise. We had a vanilla... More

Good ice cream in a family friendly atmosphere. The night we were there they were hosting a movie for families to enjoy

We came for dinner and ice cream. The food was good. The ice cream was wonderful. And the country drive to get there was great. (we even saw a wedding talking place at one of the old farmhouses)

They have like 40 flavors of ice cream all the time. It is the creamiest and best ice cream I've ever had. The kids LOVE this place. We are regulars! Try the grilled cheese and fries too. The cheese is unreal!

We came by for lunch and some ice cream on a hot day. The food was okay. The ice cream was okay. If I lived in town, I would probably stop by from time to time for a waffle cone, but wouldn't go out of my way otherwise. Playground is two big slides and a dirty sand box basically.

We drove down while in the mammoth cave area. We really enjoyed it but most of all the family are really sweet people. I had trouble with my GPS so I called for help with directions and they even called me back to make sure I was making it ok.

So many varieties so little time. Chaney's has it figured out. Serve a quality product in a friendly atmosphere and promote yourself with events. Their ice cream is seriously good. Although a tad pricey, you get the good full scoop on choice of cones.

Excellent ice cream and neat playground. There were 7 of us and we each tried a different flavor. My husband was going to get the sweet tea flavor - but they had just ran out.

My daughter and I just happened to visit on a trip to Bowling Green. It was a COLD, snowy February day .... we were the only two customers there. We ordered grill cheese sandwiches and sat by the fire. It was wonderful. They have dairy products you can purchase along with cute gifts.

Delicious ice cream. We made reservations and paid for the tour ahead of time, but when we got there, we had no idea where to check-in. While the tour was interesting, the primary focus here is definitely the resaurant/ice cream. Interesting to note is that the milk from the cows on the farm is NOT used to make the ice... More
