Good ice cream and a variety of options. This place is a little expensive compared to others such as Baskin Robins or a McDonald McFlurry. One scoop is plenty! And they allow you to mix up your scoops. Occasionally during the summer they run a 2/$14 special which is a good deal.

My 8 yr old daughter and 69 yr old mother and I stopped in during a road trip to Kentucky. We loved seeing the cows, petting the calf, learning about the farm and cows and playing on the playground. Plus, the front porch sittin was to notch with rockers and swings. Throw in yummy ice cream and you have yourself... More

I had my girls today and was looking for something to entertain all of us. We are close to the Kentucky line, so Chaney's isn't that far. The tour was great. The girls loved the hayride. Ms. Glimmer demonstrated being milked both by hand and machine. Carl, the owner of the outfit spent an hour talking about milking and agriculture.... More

It's a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the few extra minutes it takes to get there. It's on beautiful acreage and the actual restaurant looks like a barn. They serve sandwiches, burgers, salads and other road-trip fare, but the best part is the ice cream. This being a dairy farm that's no surprise. We had a vanilla... More

We came for dinner and ice cream. The food was good. The ice cream was wonderful. And the country drive to get there was great. (we even saw a wedding talking place at one of the old farmhouses)

They have like 40 flavors of ice cream all the time. It is the creamiest and best ice cream I've ever had. The kids LOVE this place. We are regulars! Try the grilled cheese and fries too. The cheese is unreal!
