We were greeted very friendly by the proprietor at this business which is very tastefully decorated and set up for wine tastings. This winery is located away from town in a beautiful country setting. We were able to sample a few of the different wines before purchasing.

Stopped at McIntyre's while on the boubon trail. The owner spent over an hour with us. He showed us his berry fields and his wine making process. All the wines are fruit and flower based. I liked the semi - sweets. Strawberry and Elderberry are not to be missed. Sat on the porch with a glass of wine, waited for... More

Our experience visiting McIntyre's was amazing. Besides the fact that the wine was delicious, the owner Tommy and his wife Sherri made the experience one that we will not soon forget. Though there is a fee for tasting (the $5 charged is nothing compared to other places I have been), Tommy was willing to let us try anything and everything... More

The wines are good and the owner poured our samples for us. We bought quite a few bottles of his various sweet wines. Small building farther from town than expected but nice drive.

On the lazy Tuesday after Memorial Day, we stopped here for our first wine tasting of the day. They have many varieties and dry, semi-sweet and sweet within most varieties. We met one of the owners and had him sign our book, "Wineing Your Way Across Kentucky." With the $5 wine tasting per person, you get to keep the shot... More

My husband and I decided to go to this winery while in Bardstown and we loved it! We have been to many wineries and this one is in our tops. We love the creativity of the wines and had some wines we have never had like day lily, dandelion and honey suckle. We are sweet wine people and we loved... More

We absolutely loved our visit to McIntyre's. The owner gave us a run down of his business. He does it all himself, and is self taught in his business. He's still learning every day. Just a friendly, down home guy. The wine was fantastic. Wine tasting was only $5! Everyone was friendly. We would go back in a heartbeat!
