Botanica often has special days. It is a wonderful place in Wichita. The setting is beautiful, adjacent to one of Wichita's best parks.

The Shakespeare gardens and water gardens were my favorites. Pretty place to walk and great for small kids. A little pricey for the average person to just walk through gardens.

Small, well conceived garden with extensive walkways and views. Not much information available along the walk other than placards naming each plant.

This is one of our family's favorite places to visit in Wichita. The gardens are laid out beautifully with such wonderful variety. Our son loves the pathways and the children's section.

Lovely flowers and a pleasant walk thru the gardens and lovely ponds with water lillies. There is a special section for kids with things to climb on and hands on places to plant and see plants growing. It is beautiful all times of the year, even in winter there is a lights display that you can walk through.

We rented the Terrace Room and Patio on a Saturday evening for our wedding reception. They provided the tables and chairs already set-up and allowed us to use our own decorations and catering. Guests get free admission to the garden starting at 4pm for evening receptions and can stay in the gardens after closing until sunset. Then they are still... More

There variety of flowers and plants was fabulous. The butterfly garden and house were full of different butterflies! It was well worth the $7 entrance fee!

Our botanical garden where we live is new and will be a few years before it reaches the level this garden is at. They are adding to it and we enjoyed every bit of our visit here. Spent several hours here.

We are not botanic garden aficionados however, this is absolutely a must see. We are from Denver and have a great botanic garden, but this one really beat it.
