Great place for all ages! We have been to multiple events and they are always impressive! Went to their fairy garden event and my 3 and 5 year old girls LOVED it, they had crafts, games, face painting, etc. Then this past December we went to their Illuminations exhibit and it was amazing! Great light show that any age will... More

There is always something to do here, even in the winter! The plants are changed so there is always something to see. Right now the Illuminations exhibit is on--a great display of lights, chimineas, lights that are set to music, luminarias, plus lots of outdoor heaters to warm up with!

A beautiful place that is a feast for the senses. I love to smell every variety of rose in the rose garden and all of the herbs and spices in the "blind garden". No vision necessary to experience this garden. Only a good sense of smell. I also love the walk along the path near the back of the garden... More

We only visited during the Christmas season and saw the "light display." It is amazing!! The way they have the gardens decorated; the way many of the lights are synchronized to music; the s'mores you make over a wood burning fire pit. Well worth the admission fee. One good thing would be to have it open one hour later and... More

We have been to see the Christmas lights for several years but there were just way too many lights not working this year! The first time we noticed some off, I thought it was just a small area, but then the illumination lights were off all over the gardens. Lots of dark pathways. No lights in several areas in the... Place as decorated very nice. Lots to see for both kids and adults. We enjoyed the lights synced to Christmas carols. Did a light show on "Frozen".

This is another attraction that has grown over the past twenty or thirty years since it first began. It isn't anywhere near the size of places like Huntington Gardens, CA (where I frequently wished I had a bike to get from section to section!) or the gardens in Victoria, BC, but Botanica Gardens is a much loved and very attractive...
