Since 1971, Mid-America Fine Arts has been encouraging art lovers to learn more about Kansas’ rich and acclaimed history in visual arts. Five Kansas-born artists have achieved the highest honor in American art, the National Academician (N.A.), which the gallery regularly showcases throughout the year.As Kansas’ largest fine arts gallery boasting 10,000 square feet, they house nearly 900 artworks by more than 400 artists. Located downtown only 7 minutes from the Wichita Art Museum.
