Sorry for the long review but needed to share! It's always an adventure with my daughter when going to events. We went to the Thunder hockey game tonight which she was super excited about, however did not go as I had hoped. We were in our seats enjoying the game when all of a sudden the loudest guy in the... Attended !st and Last performance a few years ago to see "Walking with Dinosaurs" Attended with family(including children)and friends. Kids enjoyed but every adult complained about having to sit with knees pressed toward chest do to seats too close together.I was so uncomfortable would have left if it had not been for the kids.

The lower seats are great to average. Although they are quite small they are acceptable. The first few rows on the top and minimally acceptable and beyond those would recommend saving your money.

Visited Intrust Arena for a concert this past weekend. Truly enjoyed the facility but was taken aback at how long the lines were for everything: Food, drinks, bathroom, souvenirs etc. It put a damper on the experience for sure

We attended one of the Garth Brooks concerts, and I really thought this venue was fabulous. Though there were tons and tons of people, I've felt a lot more crowded and confined in other places. Nice job Intrust! I'm sure Garth will want to come back, and you can bet I'll be there!

I was at Intrust for the first of two Garth Brooks concerts in one night. I was wondering how they were going to accomplish the huge task of getting us out and the next group in. It was so organized and everyone knew exactly where to go.

UGH!!!! Obviously back stepping to get the parking right. Noticed curb cut outs are lacking. Needs to be looked at by an ADA expert. Start asking for handicapped parking I D card. The threat on-line is not enough. Just do it. Like most of Wichita ADA is an after thought. Take the rows of restroom stalls. One is fully accessible... More

The facility is very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Attended a Wichita Force indoor football game and really enjoyed the game and after game player interaction on the field. Didn't enjoy the people sitting in front of us always standing up and ringing their cow bells!!!
