It is horrible! I wouldn't return for free. Tickets are over priced seating is absolutely terrible if your over 5 feet tall you won't fit and your knees will be digging into the seat in front of you and the floor seating is no better and even pricier if you weigh over 75lbs you won't fit and let's face it... If you were to rate this based solely on the many restaurants and food sites, excellent bathroom facilities and the entertainment then you'd have a hit, however, the seating is horrible. I am a short woman (5' 3") and I was cramped! We were lucky that we had aisle seating but, was a bit of a pain to have to... More

This venue is well looked after and easy to get around in. The staff were great and the options for food and beverages were good.

The facility is new and well maintained. I have been to many events at this venue. Over priced food and beverages as usual, but thats the norm in these facilities. Seats are excellent except in the way up high area. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if your not use to the downtown area. While this facility is... More

We felt most seats would be enjoyable and many food and drink options. Security was good and employees were pleasant.

Saw a concert there and there wasn't a bad seat in the building! The facility was awesome with plenty of bathrooms too!

We attended a semi-pro ice hockey match on a recent visit to the USA. If you want a true All American experience, this is a must. That Intrust Bank Area is a great place, the facilities are excellent, the security good and the on duty staff are very helpful. Parking can be a challenge, so give yourself at least an... More

Our seats were next to aisle and im not kidding when I say we had to stand up at least 20 times to let people in or out. We were in row h so no cupholders and there was some bar on the ground on the back of the seat in front of us making even less leg room im... More

We had wonderful seats to watch Kansas State beat Gonzaga. The sight lines are great. The arena had attractive Christmas decorations in keeping with the season. Lots of parking areas around the arena make easy access in and out.

Phillip Phillips opened for John Mayer at Intrust Arena Dec 1. Their shows were great! The arena restrooms were clean and the vendors were friendly. Seats were comfortable however they could have built this arena with better leg room. Everyone had to stand up so people could pass by, whenever someone wanted to get out to the aisle.
