If you get seats in the higher areas it is very hard to see and the seats are the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in!!!

I was very disapointed. Spent a lot for tickets and ended up in seats like sardine cans, so close together, lady in row behind us fell and hurt herself and 2 others.

Very nice business area... meeting spaces and statues, it really is a nice atmosphere. Never disappointed in Wichita!!

This arena is small and odd. If you haven't been here for a concert or event make sure to look at the seating and know how the particular event plans to set up. Easy access parking, usually within 2 blocks of arena. Most arena seats are good just stay out of the top rows, security is always present, food court and bathrooms are clean. Local Old Town area has plenty of good food and drink services before and after events.

This arena has done a super job of bringing entertainers to Wichita, and hope its success continues. They even handled the tornado warning with style and flare! Beautiful arena, and great location. Now we need to get the restaurants going, and Wake Up Wichita Downtown. Would be super to see some retail!!! Keep up the good work.

Great location in downtown Wichita. We used a shuttle from the Hyatt (which is just a couple doors down.) Easy to get in and out. Plus great hockey!

We paid $100 each for two ground floor tickets (the highest priced ticket available for this event). We are on the 3rd row. It was a great concert! 3 bands, Hellbound Glory, Buckcherry, and Kid Rock. It was a great night and well worth the money. The security is very tight.
