Every time I go I see something new and different. The museum is so impressive, if you haven't been, you really must take the time. Be sure the go thru the Earl Bane gallery and do a tram trip. Salina is fortunate to have such a fabulous addition.

We had a blast! This Zoo is incredible! We as a family, 2 adults and 1 child under 2, had such an amazing time! not only at the Zoo outside but the Museum inside! We will be back. The entire Facility is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We can't wait to get back!

Nice zoo very clean, Could get up close to most animals. The only thing that I noticed was not very many restrooms.

This is unlike any other zoo we've been too and so much nicer than any city zoo. Lots of animals to see and each exhibit could be viewed on at least 2 to 3 sides so you can see the animals. The landscaping was beautiful, well taken care, I couldn't get over how nice everything was. The Walkers who built... More

Nice zoological gardens just off I-70 3 miles West of Salina, Kansas. Short 1/2 mile off the freeway all on a paved road. Lots of animals to see including tiger. Also a inside museum about the Smokey Hill region. Nice spot to stop if traveling cross country.

Very nice zoo with great views. Well cared for and lots of fun animals. They have a tram if you can not walk it.

Took the grandkids, and enjoyed the experience. The bat display was intriguing, and helped to teach the kids a bit about a mysterious critter. Both grandkids enjoyed the play room; the museum was a bit intense for the 3-year old, who sometimes find it hard to understand that stuffed lions and tigers don't eat little boys. All in all, the... The price has gone up several times over the years and it is now $50 for a family of 4. The zoo is pretty small and the animals are hard to see. I didn't really see it worth the cost.

I really enjoyed the Rolling Hills Zoo. What a nice surprise! You can see the animals from very close. They have more animals than I expected. You can ride the little train around and it is really fun for the kids. Feeding the fishes was way fun for my 3 year old. The day was really hot but they had... More

Small children enjoy feeding the koi and the petting zoo. Nicely laid out and beautiful animals with surprising variety.
