Grand kids love this park. Lots to do and an exceptionally low price, don't remember how much but way under $5. Don't feed the pigmy goats they are so full they really aren't interested in another bottle! Ride the pony's, have an Ice Cream. This is one of the very few places in the Kansas City Metro Area that is... More

I have always loved this place. Visited a lot when my kids where little. Awesome place for kids. Many activities, fishing, horseback riding, panning for gold, petting zoo, hayrides, and much more. I highly recommend spending the day here. Prices are reasonable.

I live very close to Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead. My family and I are frequent visitors and always purchase an annual membership. There is so much to do that we like coming back on a regular basis...especially in the spring to see all of the baby animals. I have 4 children (ages 7-15) and all of them enjoy going here.... More

I've been taking kids and grandkids to this wonderful Overland Park landmark for many years and have been excited to see how it's grown and improved. Even kids as young as a year old get a kick out of the animals. Spend a buck and buy a small bottle of goat milk if your toddlers and older children aren't afraid... More

This is a wonderful place to take your grand kids, children, or just a couple. Something for all ages, and full of interesting attractions. See nature, pet animals, feed them, and just enjoy the sites. As you walk this large wonderful getaway to nature. Remember to bring quarters, you will need them to get up close and personal as you... It's was nice and cheap for kids to explore animal. Great family vacation for a day. On weekday charge and on weekday I believe it was free. They have good amount of animal to feed and play around.

Stumbled upon this place during a family reunion. It is amazing and perfect for families. Plenty of animals to see and pet as well as lots of other fun and informative things for families to do. Perhaps the best part is price.

Deanna Rose is a wonderful place to take your little ones for hands on experiences with farm activities plus playground equipment and other activities. It is free to the public on week days and a minimal charge on weekends.

We visit Deanna Rose at least once a month but usually twice. We have little kids (5 and 4) and it's perfect for them. It's small enough that we can see everything in maybe 2 hours. The kids love feeding the goats, fishing and 'mining' for jewels. There is a fee on the weekend but it's very reasonalb.

This is such a fun and special place for kids to get to pet and see animals, go fishing, and mine for "gold." It is a fun and relaxing place for the entire family and it is so inexpensive to visit. The special events like the Fall Pumpkin Patch are highly recommended, too.
