A very good trail for running and biking. Great nature is all around and the air is fresh. Perfect for the sort runs and for the long walks. Can be little bit messy after the heavy rains.

I really enjoyed this trail running right by the Doubletree Hotel where we were staying. Not even .2 mille from the hotel entrance I was on the trail. I ran 5 mi SW to Pflumm road where I found a Walgreens at which to refuel before turning back. Following the creek, the trail provided an underpass at every street crossing,... More

I was on a business trip for 6 weeks in Overland Park, KS and was so pleased that I remembered to take my bike along with me so that I could bike this trail! This trail meanders through upscale neighborhoods, takes you alongside a small creek and over some cute bridges, and goes on for at least 15 miles or... More

A little twisty for my taste, but not heavily traveled and great scenery. Runs right along a creek and through a forest for part of the trail. Also goes by a residential area. Consistently nice place to go for a run!

This trail from start to finish is over 25 miles, starting in Southwest KC and ending in Olathe. There are literally scores of trailheads and most of them with parking lots, so it is easy to pick a section of almost any length, 2, 5 or 10 miles and figure out your starting and turnaround points. Many stretches are shady... More

Overland Park has a number of wonderful hiking/biking trails, and Indian Creek Greenway is one of them. Paths are paved and wide enough to accommodate both bicycles and pedestrians, and an occasional in-line skater. Paths wind through wood areas and over creeks. If you're careful, you may come across deer and other wildlife. Great, safe place to bike!

Great venue for biking. Wide paved trails with some markers that follows Indian Creek. Like getting away from the big city without leaving town! Convenient and well-maintained. Downside: Due to highway/road construction some parts have been closed and it doesn't connect for the whole trail. We ride parts and find a different trail head for the next ride so that... More

It is a beautiful area, along a creek, filled with color and nature. Great place to take my dog for a walk.

Johnson County has many lovely paths to walk. This is another. If you are lucky, you will see the deer along the creek in the mornings and evenings
