I just saw a show in the LIttle Theater this weekend and the matinee was $7. This seemed a bit steep to sit in the uncomfortable seating to watch an old release movie. I love the atmosphere and location however.

The little theater is my favorite. It's cozy & intimate. I take my own coffee cup & they take care of me with Bailey's & coffee. A friend had her wedding there & they were great to work with us. The main theater was made over into a reception hall. Beautiful.

In downtown Lawrence with an old time feel. Inexpensive concessions that include beer. Large theater that is upstairs, balcony only. The smaller theater is on the other side. Smaller old style seats but still not uncomfortable. A place that reminds me of theaters of my youth.

Restored old theater, with a big theater (with balcony and velvet curtain) and a little theater. Original light fixtures and cool painting on the ceiling. Terrific atmosphere. Right downtown. They show a careful selection of just-released movies, the cream of the crop. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the sound system is a little hard to... More

Great movies and also a great rental place. Nice fundraisers there around Christmas.

This is a great place to see a concert. Though they are a bit to liberal with the smoking on the floor!

We go for KPR events. Get there about 30 minute before the event starts or you won't get a good seat.

This became our favorite local movie theater upon our first visit. With art house or independent showings and a full concessions selection including adult beverages, there's much to enjoy.

We love Liberty Hall. It's located on Mass Street right next to a local brewery. There are two reasons to love it. 1. It's the theatre were all the independant movies are shown. It's smaller and artsy. 2. The drinks. Yes, you can enjoy a local beer or wine or cocktail while you watch the film. I have never seen... More
