This little zoo was a bit of a surprise. It's very small, but seems to be carefully maintained. Lovely walking paths, with beautiful landscaping. The animal pens are small but the animals seems to be healthy and well cared for. Children or gardeners will love to visit here. And it's free!

Was very impressed with how beautiful this small free zoo was. Was a nice stop with great scenery Would defiantly stop by again if in the area. Added plus is there is no cost!

Relatively small zoo but a great place to go and spend some time with the kids. There is a lake with a lot of ducks, which is my son's favorite part of the zoo. There is also a playground for kids. Train ride is available in the summer.

This is a great place to get the family out of the house. The plants and flowers are beautiful and well-maintained and there is a play area. There is a nice variety of animals for a small town zoo. Admission is FREE!

This zoo is only about 5 acres but the landscaping is probably one of the best I have ever seen in a zoo. Maybe not a big zoo but it does have many different species of animals and well laid out. For a free zoo, I was very impressed with how well it I taken care of.

This zoo is amazing. Not a lot of exotic animals but very interesting and the plants and vegetation around the zoo are almost worth the trip all by themselves. Great family trip and there is a miniature train in the park also. Great place to picnic and spend a couple of hours .

This is a small, free zoo. It is not big in size or animal variety, but they do a good job with what they have. They animals are up close, and the landscaping made this one of the prettiest zoos I have seen. Great variety of plants and flowers, and several small waterfalls. Nice place to spend an hour.

Kids keep wanting to go back. Zoo is easy to locate, free, and has a dedicated staff of professionals, and volunteers. All are knowledgeable, like kids, and willing to share. Lisa the Director is especially accommodating and her leadership is obvious. We have been visiting for three years. For anyone who wants to see and photograph exquisite landscaping that includes water... More

We had some time to kill in our stay here. 15 year old did not want to go but by the end he like it. We made fun of the buffalo among other animals. We got about ten feet away from the mountain lion. This place was pretty neat. Check it out.

The best small Zoo ever. Only takes 30 minutes to see everything. Free admission. The highlight was the Badger. Ive never seen one and I'm From Wisconsin.
