Very quaint. Fun shops~ antiques, specialty kitchen, doggy gourmet, candy, chocolates, jewelers, theatrical costumers, The Tavern for great Grinder thin crust pizza, clothing & consignment stores. Especially lovely during the Christmas Season~ beautifully decorated store fronts & outdoor décor. Highly recommend.

Valley Junction in the last couple of years has totally declined. I was so disappointed to visit it this year. So many shops that I love have moved away from Valley Junction or been forced to shut down due to the very poor business climate in Valley Junction. The streets resemble a ghost town. No one is there shopping anymore.... More

From antique shops to boutiques and places to eat, this little place puts a smile on your face. The scrapbook shop is always a stop, and if you like burgers and beer you can get it here. When your pallet is thirsty at cocktail time just cross the street for a glass of wine. A quaint little place in the... More

This is a real mix of nice restaurants and shops to average thrift type of places. It is a good place to spend a few (2-3) hours alone or with family including kids. Based on what you like you may find a few shops you will want to visit on a regular basis.

Family enjoyed walking through Valley Junction. Shopkeepers were very friendly. Especially enjoyed the antique shops. Stopped at G.Migs for lunch. It was extremely busy but we received excellent attention from the bartender and other servers. Food was amazing! Enjoyed it all the way around.

I enjoy the farmers market on Thursday evening but the parking situation sucks. The shops seem fine but it is a lot of hipster crammed in one area.

Seems these days places don't have that small town feeling w/local shops, but this place does. Loved all the different variety of shops. I would have stayed longer if I didn't have a 6 & 4 yr old with me. Since I was from out of state I had to check it out.

If you are looking for a classic "small town" main street, check out Valley Junction for a step into the past with the conveniences of today. Fun shopping and good food.

Well, if you have time just to wander and browse then this is a wonderful little place. The boutiques are wonderful for finding something unusual.....pricey but so worth it! There were 8 of us women and those that did not want to shop could lounge in the coffee shop.....however when we caught up with the one that just wanted to... More
