Beautiful, traditional college campus. Everyone is extremely nice and laid back. Their numbers are impressive in terms of rankings and job placement. Overall, a great visit.

We tootled around the campus on our visit. It is a large and beautiful campus. One issue is you can really get lost and turned around. Best to find a parking garage and walk around to truly enjoy! Very friendly campus!

Unless your here for a specific reason there us not much reason to stop by. Not a particularly beautiful campus. Really spread out. Lacks college town feel.

I'd recommend the workshops to anyone interested in improving their writing. There are classes for every genre and the teachers I had were particularly helpful.

We were amazed at how large the University of Iowa is number wise, but how great the campus felt. It had a very small town home feeling with all the advantages of the big city. It was very impressive coming from the Chicago area. Everything is within walking distance.

Love the location. Half the university is submerged into the downtown life. Downtown thrives even when classes are on summer break.

My daughter and I just did her freshman orientation. There is so much here, beyond just the college. Can't wait to see a football game! And next year, baseball!

Big Ten school with a personal size feel to the campus and staff. Out of the many, many universities my many kids have attended, this is by far the best in communicating with parents and students throughout the whole process. Excellent, excellent, excellent!
