Wonderful ambiance and truly a classic College town. I enjoyed walking through the campus. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Big Ten school with a personal size feel to the campus and staff. Out of the many, many universities my many kids have attended, this is by far the best in communicating with parents and students throughout the whole process. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

I have been staying at the University of Iowa on a business trip for the past 2 weeks. Honestly I was surprise at how much I enjoy the campus here. The facilities are all new, up to date (e.g., new washers & dryers, iPad booking system), and clean! The only thing that I found to be a disappointing is the... More

The old part of the campus is nice with the Old Capitol and older buildings surrounding it. The green spanse is lovely with gorgeous trees and classic architecture. However, overall the campus does not feel like "home". It is a mix match of architecture and spread across the city. I was expecting something more from the Hawkeyes. Maybe they haven't... More

Even though this school is located within the city, it has a very relaxed small town atmosphere. The place is clean and while we were there , there were a number of renovations that the school was undertaking.

Awesome urban campus, clean, friendly and wonderful areas to study. Interesting and alive downtown area which mixes with the campus buildings. Can't wait for the new music building to be completed

Well, we were there during a cold spell, but, overall, not as polished as some other, maybe more metropolitan B1G universities I have visited. Would probably not be my first choice of schools, if I had to go back!

Whether dining in one of the residence halls or at one of many catering events held on campus, foods at the University of Iowa are innovative, flavorful, and well presented and served. The "dorm" dining centers are open to the public and the place to go before an athletic event. The menu is bountiful and provides the best value in... More

I would like to thank the professors who let me into their lessons and let me be part of the lesson when I visited my penpal three years, I enjoyed doing my voiceover for the Canterbury Tales project.

One of the major reasons I decided to attend Iowa was the campus. It's beautiful, especially on the Pentacrest. For the most part, the campus is its own entity, making it easy to get from class to class. Overall, this university is beautiful, always has something going on, and is a great place to get a college education.
