Nature!

Nice to get outside, regardless of the time of year. Lots of hiking trails, beautiful look at what the landscape looked like before developed.

This is so beautiful any time of year and offers so much! Casual walks, various levels of hiking and wildlife everywhere and right at the edge of town.

Very nice area to take a few walks along the bluffs of the mighty Mississippi River. There's also an area to unload your kayaks near a separate, much smaller, river system.

My wife and I visited this past Sunday, arriving to the E.B. Lyons interpretive center parking lot around 10:30am. I think there was maybe 1 other car in the lot on our arrival. We were there to do some hiking. We visited the Chapel 1st, then we worked our way to the Catfish trail loop. From there we took the... More

Many miles of trails for hiking in the woods. Really interesting topography. Beautiful views from the bluffs. Colors pretty much gone for this year, but still a beautiful place too hike.

This is a very beautiful place to come for a few hours of walking. There is an old homestead to explore and many hiking paths. If you like to fish, trails runs along the Mississippi River. There is also a nature center to explore for some local history. Just an FYI some path have inclines and declines. Make sure you... More

Hiked and enjoyed the beautiful landscape. Trails are well maintained moderate difficult. Great views of the Mississippi River and bluffs. Nice dock to put a canoe /kyak in. Two downfalls were the condition of the bathroom and there wasn't a map available of the park to make it easier to get around in. Aside from that a wonderful way to... More

This is the second time I have been here. I really enjoyed the walk in the nature. This time the trees were about to change their color, which made it even more beautiful to walk through the forest. This place has a lot to offer, a great place for nature lovers!!

Excellent park with great trails and vistas. The park is less than 10 minutes from the city. The hours on trip advisor are incorrect to say the park closes at 10:30am when actually it is 10:30pm.
