Good cave

I don't understand the awful reviews of this cave. The cave was just like many others I've been to in the past and our tour guide was a nice young lady.

Although this cave is not as large many other caves, it much more immersing. The paths are very narrow and the ceiling is low, with lots of water. The tour lasts for about 45 minutes and it's very informative and amusing. Excellent place to go.

My 12 year old granddaughter really wanted to do the cave, and it was about a 45min tour. I thought a little pricy. The day was pouring rain and it was the perfect thing to do.

People in these reviews are stating the cave is wet, cold, dark and not walker friendly. HELLO it's a cave, and a beautiful one at that. It was everything I expected a cave to be. The guide knew what she was talking about. There was some tight squeezes and having to bend over so you don't hit your head, but... More

Honestly I expected the cave to be bigger. However I still was impressed! It is very nice and amazing. Our tour-guide made it interesting and was very knowledgeable! The souvenir shop is cute as well! Nice and cool place to go on a hot summer day.

The tour was amazing and to see the openings the first miners had to crawl into were astonishing. The only downsize of the tour was the comfort level to walk and enjoy the view. The guide was not sympathetic at all for a tall man myself 6ft-9in. and if I wasn't wearing a ball cap I would of had several... More

We had a great time touring this cave with our six year old daughter. The tour was a real experience, cold, a bit wet in some areas, dark, some places to watch out for banging your head, etc. Our tour guide talked about the history and science of this cave, it was really a great time, I highly recommend visiting... The cave tour takes about 30 minutes. It was a little over priced for what it is but we still had fun. I could tell the tour guide didn't stray from her memorized script even though it was just my boyfriend and I on the tour which was awkward. Yet we loved exploring through the cave & learning along the... More

We visited a dozen or so caverns over the past 30 years, and Crystal Lake cave tour is probably the most underwhelming experience. The tour distance is probably just over quarter mile, with narrow paved passage and no tall ceilings, big rooms or underground river. The crystal lake is probably the size of a bath tub. We went there cuz... More
