Rooms were nice, and it's nice that there are frig and microwave.

Attended a conference, stayed at the Grand Harbor. No waterpark action for me, though (it was closed but it wouldn't have mattered). Front desk staff was excellent. Patient with the person before me, really friendly and helpful. Good at both check-in and check-out. Room was spacious. Comfortable.

My family of six loved the waterpark! Nice slides for all ages, separate swim/play area for toddlers, small lazy river. It was clean, warm, and large enough that it did not seem incredible crowded.

Indoor water park at the Grand Harbor in Dubuque, Iowa. Two different water slides, lazy river, 2 hot tub areas, kiddy pool with small slide, large ropes course to get up to slides, HUGE Bucket that dumps water on the kids, intertube dark slide for the big kids! Would like to see more staff on duty helping with towels and...

Big enough to be fun - small enough to let the kids run free. A little pricey but watch for specials. Two hot tubs to soak in and be sure to get dumped on by the big bucket

Kids loved this because of the big bucked dumping on them and the slides. Parents liked lazy river and hot tubs. We all liked the pools.

Water was cold and the slides were boring. If you happen to be staying in Dubuque and need something for the kids to do on a winter afternoon it fits the bill. I wouldn't make it a destination trip though.

First, I have to state that I did not come here for the hotel and waterpark so I cannot comment on that part, instead, this is where we had a 5 day seminar take place so understand that my comments will reflect the conference rooms and the areas around that.
Ther waterpark is an impressive building and very modern, however,...
